I saw the sign for "decorative floor tile" but did not realize there was other, less expensive, floor tile elsewhere in a separate area, and 2) have people on the floor ask customers if they need help. Not so at the COUNTRYSIDE store, where aggressive nastiness is a norm and where the MANAGER decides the return policy.
