Came here to celebrate my birthday but I did not have a good experience here with instructor K. The instructor barely explained what she was doing. I asked for help twice and was blatantly ignored each time. Maybe this class needed to have two instructors for its class size. Not sure what the deal was. But it was a bit upsetting. read more

I had a ton of fun doing a guided painting class. The class was pretty empty and was just a group of my friends and one other individual. This was my first time doing a guided class and I was way more impressed than I thought I would be. I consider myself to be a decent artist and would never think I would need to be guided to recreate a simple christmas tree scene, but I really learned a lot of cool techniques! At first I was a little bummed that the brushes were kind of old and low quality and the paint is acrylic, but when you follow the instructor and use the specific techniques you can use cheap art supplies to make a masterpiece! It's fun to see how unique everyone's paintings are and their personalities really shine through. read more

They have drawings and chances to win cute prizes during the class as well. The best part, you get to go home with your own fabulous creation! Classes started at 7pm and traffic was horrible, we came in 5mins late but when we arrived, it looked like they waited for us and others to arrive. It was Selena's birthday and as a tribute we would draw her. I'm a big fan. They did two rounds of trivia and if you win, you'd get tickets to and win something at the end of the raffle. I came in with my best friend and it turned out we didn't know anything about Selena lol. We really did enjoy it here. All of her music was being played and they made sure we were all caught up in our drawings. We brought beer but really, bring one cause you'll be so focused in your drawing that you'll forget to drink. It was a wonderful experience and we're for sure coming back with more of our friends. read more

I've been to many of these but this is my first time alone. Tonight was with Pea and Rush who are both incredibly awesome. Rush even put my favorite song on repeat. It was playing too low the first time and he over heard me singing it so he started he over and turned it up. MVP and Pea is literally the SWEETEST! Thanks for such a good time. RANT TIME! I never make posts like this but I have to... Don't ever go to Painting with a Twist! My friend & I booked a reservation like 2 months ago (for our bdays in September) then they cancelled it saying they didn't have enough ppl to do the class... and they gave us store credits (which are only valid until 12/31/23). So we rebooked it for yesterday... and they called me again telling me they have to cancel it again. I then asked for a refund and he was already being mean to me so I cursed at him saying he better fucking give me a refund since it's been 2 times they have decided to cancel on us already and the employee started CURSING BACK AT ME! I was furious so I called back and got him again and I asked for a supervisor or manager and this same guy has the nerve to mock me and tell me I don't need a supervisor and saying he's the manager and he doesn't need to repeat his name to me and he's mocking me when I started saying I was going to report him... he insulted me calling me a bitch & a whore...SO UNPROFESSIONAL! WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS?! I have never been treated like this by a company in my life! Honestly, it's not even an issue of $40 refund anymore... It's about the level of DISRESPECT! read more

My sisters and I booked this class specifically for the sunflowers theme...the idea of painting on shiplap was a draw as well. The class was lots of fun! The teacher was energetic and helpful. Even with a full class, her pacing was spot on. The sunflower wasn't easy to complete but it was easily completed with her direction. I'd book again and again! read more

I had such a blast celebrating my friends birthday. Everyone was laughing and smiling throughout the entire session. Bring your own food and drinks made for a perfect setting, since we weren't restricted to a restaurant menu. At the end of the session, everyone had a unique work of art that they can remember the evening from every time they look at it. I highly recommend this venue. read more

Looking for a place for date night, girls night out, or just to try something new definitely give Painting with a Twist a try! I've seen many of my friends do this and it looked so cool and fun, so I had to give it a try myself. I booked a Valentines activity with my S.O., and at this location you can BYOB or BYOW. No hard liquor. Drinking some wine definitely relaxed me and gave me some confidence to do the painting. Not gonna lie, it looked a little intimidating since the paintings displayed were really good. But we had an awesome instructor, music was great, and it was such a fun experience! You can choose online which painting you would like to do, and the various times when the classes will partake. If you do an early session, prices are a little cheaper. We did ours at night, but paying that little extra wasn't bad at all. This is such a great activity and a cool experience to share with friends and family! read more

We were shown how to choose the colors and the difference each color would have when it was the finished product. I appreciated that there are aprons to wear. It took us a little over 2 hours to complete our masterpieces. During this we snacked on snacks and drinks that I brought in - yes, it is byob (and snacks). I came in several days later to pick up our masterpieces and I loved my cupcake! It came out amazing. Picking your project in advance is required so they can have all your stuff ready. The fine details like colors and stains are decided on the spot. Funny enough, 3 out of 7 of us chose the same project! It was the holiday card display board. But even when that happens, as you can see with my picture, they all turned out very different. The class was booked for three hours and we were indeed there for 3 hours. They sell alcoholic bevvies for $5 and had a great selection. They have multiple bathroom stalls there that are very clean. They have a sink in the back with special soap that takes off any paint you might get on your hands/ nails. The staining process you gotta be careful with and wear the gloves. And the sanding process please be careful. A friend got a huge splinter which was bleeding. They helped us clean it up and put a bandaid on it so she could keep creating. Employees were super helpful and easy to flag when you needed help. But they pretty much roamed around the whole time and jumped in to help workout needing to be called over. I was impressed. They took group photos for us and we left with our beautiful projects! We can't wait to come back. They have events for kids as well.

I'll mention that service is not as attentive as you would expect at a typical restaurant, as you are also watching a movie, so I'm sure it is to keep interruptions minimized. Today, I had a vegetarian wrap with French fries (and of course tasty popcorn!); all were very good. I especially like the fries they serve here, with a battered style coating that keeps the outside crispy, but with a soft interior. The one thing I've noticed is that some of the seats are getting a little worn.

I just avoid this theater because of the lack of reclining seats. Occasionally we have dinner on this side of town so its convenient but Paying $20 for IMax tickets and seats dont recline? Grrrr. Lol. Today we were on this side of town and the family wanted to watch the world cup game so we stopped her. Its cool that the games are an option.

We are always greeted warmly, parked strategically, and had the details explained to us upon arrival. Because our motorhome is 40' we have to park sideways so cannot see the movies out of the windshield as you would in a car, but we put out our lawn chairs and raised dog bed outside the rig and listen on our FM radio. We do tie the pups off to a post in front of us because others with dogs often park or walk nearby and ours are a bit too friendly. When the ticket booth opens, we pay for our tickets and concession voucher. The muffulettas and popcorn are both excellent! We were told we could run our generator before/after the movies but not during...worked out perfectly for us! Although our rig is self contained and didn't use them, bathrooms were nearby and open through the night. The even projected a free Valentines message between films as long as it was received a few days prior. Note: if you don't plan to listen from your car, you do need an FM radio...I don't think they have any of the old-fashioned window hanging speakers.

We accidentally lined up incorrectly and got a whole lecture how to read the signs. After paying $6 each and being charged an automatic $10 food voucher, we parked. The ladies working the concession stand are so rude. There's a sign that basically says "don't line up if you don't know what you want." The popcorn had been popped earlier so it wasn't warm and way too salty. The soda was flat, and the mozzarella sticks were again, salty. Apple Pay doesn't work! Movie started at 8pm and it was still daylight outside. The screen was still dark that no one could actually see the movie until an hour later. The instructions were to turn off the lights and engine, but the people around us had their engines on so the exhaust kept flowing through the lot. I wish there was an attendant that enforced the rules. Overall, it's an experience but they need to do better. I guess this is what $22 gets us.

We have been back several times since our first visit in February of this year. We've seen popular and new movies such as Goat, Project Hail Mary, and the Super Mario Galaxy Movie. The screen is updated and clear, as well as the speakers.

You can arrive a half hour before the show starts to pay and get your spot to watch the movie. Tonight we watch Shang Chi and the Ten Rings and our experience specific to tonight... Not the best. In the beginning of the movie there are subtitles which you can't read because on this screen only the top line ever showed. So as long as there's only one line sentences you're good! In addition there aren't any loud speakers or speakers to place on your vehicle like many other drive ins have, so we had a really hard time hearing. I don't know if this movie was shot in dark lighting or if they needed to adjust lighting on the screen, but there seemed to be a glare or it was often hard to see some scenes. There was an idiot with his car lights on which may have posed a problem as well but no one said anything to them. No one walked around to check for things like that like many other theaters do as well. The website indicates if you have difficulty getting your lights to turn off they have covers for your car to use to dim your lights. There's no info about additional speakers though it does say if you have issues you can let them know. Also kind of bummed with the choice of preshow music. We really enjoy attending the theaters that okay the old fashioned tunes and ads! You only get half an hour before hand anyway which also could be extended some. Show up as early as you can within that time frame to get the best pick of parking spots. Also bring big spray or citronella candle or something. Bugs galore! We may try this theater again in the future but will need to probably bring a radio to provide additional speakers.
