Sadly - I could not give zero stars. I ordered a take home kit on Friday for my kids, hubs and myself. Super excited for all 4 of us to do the same painting at our home with my son in town from college. This was actually for my birthday. $129 - totally fine. Still excited. Saturday rolls around and since the website clearly stated (it has since been changed) 10am - midnight, I drove by in the afternoon and evening. They were not open but since we weren't painting until Sunday... no problem. In fairness, I had not gotten an email stating that my order was ready. Sunday rolls around and I had gotten email. Went to pick up ... my bag was ready BUT WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS. The girl working was definitely trying to help. She did not have internet or a printer to give me the instructions but she was trying To find a way to help. She did not know that instructions were emailed after order was fulfilled. The confirmation email did not state that in the website does not state that and the staff does not know this info so I finally left - leaving the $20 worth of supplies and ready to figure out what we would do instead since none of us are natural artists! Sent a message to the owner of the store stating that we needed a full refund as they provided a bag of materials with no instructions. This is 48 hours after purchase. Owner said that we could have studio credit. Now if we wanted to paint in a studio, don't you think we would've gone to the studio? Not acceptable. She finally sent the instructions WEDNESDAY - 5 days later. 5 days. terrible management and still refusing to refund even though they did not provide the service that they charged for. read more

We celebrated my mother's birthday party here and had a wonderful time! From the moment we made the party reservation to the end of the painting class, everything went smoothly. My mom selected her painting in a selection of probably more than 100 options. As soon as we walked in, we were kindly greeted and shown to our private room for the party. Our designated Artist was Maci and she was the absolute sweetest! Her patience and humor were MUCH appreciated and would love to book another party with her. She even practiced her Spanish since my mom speaks very little English. The private room had built-in speakers connected to what I think was fixed Ipad to run Spotify (kudos on using this app by the way) on. During intermission (paint drying wait time), the lights were turned off and a colorful disco ball lit the room. If that is not above & beyond, I don't know what it. Book your party, bring your food & drinks (preferably wine) and let them supply the plates, cups & napkins. You'll have a great time AND leave with a semi-professional painting lol. read more

I consulted with the owner of this establishment to have a fundraiser for the prevention of child abuse at her business. Upon discussing the typical donation amount of a 50/50 split of sales, I told her that we were unable to work with that split. I was ready to pass on the opportunity when the owner pressed me for more information as well as what percentage we could work with. I told her that at a different studio, we had done this fundraiser with a 70/30% split with our group receiving to 70%. The owner said that she could work with that split because the instructor would be able to donate her time and we also agreed to use smaller canvases than were typically provided. To try to make an extremely long story a little shorter, it has taken me 2 1/2 months to get our fundraising money from this owner. She has put me off, had our club jumping through hoops, and has just been difficult to work with on getting our agreed money. In addition, when I finally received the check for our party, she under paid us by $91.50. We had hoped to have an annual event at this establishment, but unfortunately this owner has actually worked her way into never having our business again. It's really unfortunate because we had a really great event and the instructor was wonderful. I have a feeling we'll never recoup the $91.50 that we were shorted. Will never use this location again! read more

Went on a date here today and it was one of the best dates ever! They were patient, energetic, and super helpful. The atmosphere was very casual and inviting the staff was great.... it was my first ever doing this and I did much better than I thought I would! We had a trivia game in the middle of the project to help with the dry time-- so much fun! read more

The concept is fun and the facility was nice enough. I was part of a large group that brought their own catered food. However, the painting instructor was joyless. She seemed not to like what she was doing and like she couldn't wait for us to be out of there. Just not the right person for this concept. read more

We had a fantastic time celebrating my mom's birthday here. Ciara/Sierra (sorry for the misspell gal) was our lead and she really made the experience for us. She allowed and encouraged us to get "out of the box" creative with our masterpiece paintings and then flipped a switch to turn on a disco ball in the room.
