Once we entered we didn't see anyone and hear anything so we kept on walking and found the restrooms then the area where they have class. We were greeted and picked a seat near the front. We were painting two separate painting that came together In the end. The class started a bit late but the instructor wasn't that great. She did walk us through what we needed to do- previous classes ive had the instructors would fix your painting if they needed to. The teacher sometimes did not tell us the next step for ex- she was painting in the front but didn't tell us what to do exactly. Overall- we got a cute painting out of it but I think instructors make the class better.

I messaged the location about our decision and to prepare them for our possible emotions. I received a personal reply back and they assured me that they were ready to help support us and make it a memorable experience. It ended up being just our family for the event and instead of just cancelling, Mrs. Elizabeth gave our kids a private painting session and was so supportive and kept asking to hear stories about our fur kid! Hosted our daughter's fifteenth birthday party here last night. We were pleased with the…read moreexperience and the atmosphere, and count the evening as a success. We would definitely consider hosting another event there and would recommend it to others. The facility is well set up and can handle its advertised duties, but the real story is the service provided by the staff. The staff and DJ did a great job of accommodating our party. We brought in outside catering, selected our own music, and spent a long time transforming the facility with a different look and feel. In short, we were particular, and the staff worked very well with us and all the parties involved to make it a success. My daughter and I selected music and I built a slideshow. Chris, the DJ (and either the husband of the owner or co-owner, I didn't ask), did a great job of working the music together to make a great program. We selected some music that wasn't traditional for a teeny-boppy party, and he sequenced it beautifully to engage the entire audience - even the grandparents were dancing! We also changed the program slightly during the event and again he kept up very well. If you are bringing in your own music and slideshow, make sure you follow Chris's directions so that you get the results you are looking for. I brought a few different file types of the slideshow in case there were difficulties playing one on their computer, but there weren't . The food and beverage accommodations are good, although we did not prepare food there, nor did we serve alcoholic beverages. We had dining catered by Gina's restaurant of Clear Lake, and they worked well with the Enchanted Gardens staff. We had a few family members arrive after the dinner was cleared, but the staff reheated and served them food. The service we had included sodas, tea, and water. For an additional fee, they served coffee. About the only drawback is that the facility is a little hard to find. We had a few guests that had difficulty finding the place. There are several factors for this; first is its actual location. It is situated in a strip shopping center that doesn't look like it would accommodate an event facility. Secondly, there is not a sign by the road, so finding the exact entrance in the dark was a little challenging. Third, it appears as though some search engines (including google/yelp) appear to show this near FM 517 even though it is near 146 (some 30 minutes the other direction). We learned of this from some very persistent guests. I hope to submit a request to fix this, but I would highly recommend that you include a map to the facility or directions with your invitation.

The owner of the business, Jarret (sorry if misspelled) is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! In the planning…read morephase of the event, I requested he come out to ensure the space available was big enough for the bounce house, he did with no questions asked. The day of the event, I had been struggling for a couple hours trying to put up a tent to ensure adequate shade coverage for the guests. During a phone call before he was scheduled to arrive, he could hear the "Mommy paranoia" in my voice. I explained the issue I was having with the tent. He showed up an hour earlier than expected and rescued me from the tent! I thought I needed multiple people to get it up, nope, just him. He assembled and had the tent up in 30 minutes! He's seriously a one-man show!! To say I was overjoyed, is an understatement!!! He even got on a ladder and cut limbs off of a tree, so they wouldn't damage the tent covering due to wind. Had I known, I would've rented a tent from him, but I didn't ask if one was available. He and his wife offer a wide variety of services to accommodate your event needs, so don't forget to fully checkout their site or ask questions. I rented a beautiful bounce house, four tables, and 25 chairs. The deposit and total cost were minimal for the service I received. He set up early and allowed us extra time at the end for pick up! I will be a customer for life!! He is professional, friendly, courteous, and without a doubt, my go to guy for any future events I or my family will have in the area.
