Everything you have read in the other reviews as far as Roderick's professionalism, upbeat positive attitude, and willingness to work with your schedule is true but as positive as that is it isn't what is really important. First the Lumar film had me worried but after some lengthy internet research I found it was rated as one of the three manufacturers you want installed and Lumar was the only hydrophobic PPF. The research also showed me that the installer is actually the most important factor. First impression I couldn't tell anything was installed and 6 weeks later I still can't unless I look where I know I can find a seam (Did not get car fully covered). I do see where rocks have hit the car over 6 weeks but see no paint chipping. Like most people I don't give reviews often and when I do it's usually to warn people so when I give a good review it's because the service went above and beyond. Since I first wrote this review and posted it at the wrong business (review was removed), I dented one of my cars with a luggage cart and called for a reference for paintless dent repair, well they do that too. They had me come in the next business day and made the dents disappear giving me a little more time with a flawless new car (until someone gives me a fresh dent).

I called multiple times to ask which Groupon to get…read more When I got there I was told I purchased the wrong one, I have a 26 crv and i firgot about the two back windows . So they said let's die front two windows with ceramic. I advised that I needed 20 tint to match back glass and wanted 59 tint in front windshield. When I picked up the car they put on 25 tint and 60 which I didn't ask for so the bait and switch. The manager promised me that they would redo all windows 6 and back windows at the 20 tint with no charge. I agree and brought my car back on Thursday and the desk was off. They didn't hero their eord with the guy who dies the tint saying the manager didn't know how this eirks. They they go inside to talk and then come back to say we can't do this after I was promised. I felt I was being harassed etc and told them that I couldn't take the back and forth cause I suffer ptsd and this was to stressful. I said just fix the front 2 window to be ver with it. I learned my lesson . I would never do business with this company again and advise anyone who buys this Groupon that it's a bait and switch.

Then he proceeded to charge me a $75.00 installation charge and when he performed the installation he did a less than stellar job. When I called to talk to him he was busy at the time and the office gal said he would need to call me back. He ghosted me...big surprise. I later found out from Weathertech that they would have provided the extrusion pieces at no charge and I could have easily installed them myself. Now I am out the $150.

unprofessional, MESSED MY CAR UP MORE when i brought & trusted them with an 8,000 job... liars,…read morescammers, dishonest, rush job, and extremely disrespectful, the woman Stephanie especially disrespectful for no reason with petty unnecessary & unprofessional comments & assumptions. instead of them wanting to fix everything they did, they took zero accountability. left with my car still messed up & now new things wrong with it that its clear they did. with the overspray all over my doors and my fender from them painting my bumper & hood, the texture is so rough. they said they fixed my headlight but it still didn't work upon picking my car up and my seatbelts were broken and wouldnt retract and now once "fixed" they wont pull out its hard to pull them. the scratches in fresh paint, broken clamps holding my bumper. my antenna so loose I can fully wiggle the whole thing. my headliner peeling off at my doors when it was perfectly fine before. all of this was noticed before I even turned my car on to take it home from their body shop. and once brought to their attention I was met with extremely rude remarks, hanging the phone up on me when they called to tell me my headlight was in for them to try and fix it for the second time, they changed the date that my car would be done three separate times on the exact day I was supposed to pick it up.
