The aroma will definitely change your mind. I think by now, we have ordered from at least 4 or 5 different locations in this Virginia area. Consistency in their food and customer service. The staff has always been very polite and knowledgeable about any deals and able to take payments with any issues and or problems. Also, having a skilled, informed individual speaking clearly is a PLUS !!!! The food has has always been freshly made with only the freshest ingredients used in all their food, from pizzas, salads, sandwiches and Cannolis and other desserts. I always visit this location whenever I go to Virginia! Service: The employees are very friendly and have fast service! They are accommodating to all requests and are nice. Ambiance: The interior has ample amount of seating so you can bring families and friends. The interior is clean as well as the restrooms. Food: The food here is amazing! Their meat pizza was so flavorful and had the perfect blend of meat with the cheese. The chicken burgers are moist with the perfect amount of sauce. The chicken wings were my favorite. The flavor with the crispiness was something out of this world. I still crave the chicken wings. The dessert beignets were filled with chocolate and it was warm and toasty. Pizza good as always, customer service was not pleasant. I was genuinely curious why the timer from doordash is different from the restaurant itself as I showed up a few minutes early. The Indian gentleman with glasses and black hair at Leesburg location was very rude, most have been having a rough night. He even asked me "have you ever worked at a restaurant" which I then said no and explained I was not complaining rather express my genuine curiosity on the timer being different. Just be aware that if you go late at night; your concerns will be addressed in a condescending fashion with arrogance as a free topping. read more

Paisano's has the best gluten free pizza in Leesburg!! The crust is delicious and isn't paper thin. The pizza HHS's lots of f sauce and you can order any toppings that are available. This is our goto pizza shop. We have tried every shop in town and kept comparing it to this place that delivered to a friend's house in Reston. No place ever matched it. Then a new place opened in town and we gave it a shot and it was just as good as the one in Reston. We then realized why, it is Paisano's in Reston too. They have the best cuts of pizza as well as excellent calzones, salads and gyro meat on all kinds of dishes. The dining room is open and always has sports playing and usually has open tables. Average at best. Pizza was $5 with their opening promo and that is about what it is worth, because it is essentially "fast food" pizza. Dare I say, I'd prefer Costco or Papa John's. The crust on this pizza is the worst part. Not NY style, but bready and not very flavorful. It just seems mass produced, like a Digiorno or something you get at a theme park. Cheese immediately became a plastic shell, similar to other low end pizza. The sauce is decent and was the saving grace here. I also bought a salad and my Italian dressing looked like nothing I've ever seen. It wasnt bad, but wasn't what I consider "Italian dressing. Veggies were fresh at least, but a pizza joint that can't do a house Italian? Come on. Maybe it was a mistake and I got something else. I gave this place a shot due to the cheap pizza promotion and that will probably be it. If a pizza shop can't produce a decent cheese pizza, something isn't right. La Villa Roma, Giovanni's and Rocco's are superior to this. For chains, Manhattan and even Costco or Papa John's are better. $5 gets you similar quality at Little Ceasars any day of the week. read more

The manager called me back to make things right after finding out about my complaint, he gave us a $20 credit for simply forgetting the blue cheese and ranch dressing with our wings order. We ordered again last night and they had the $20 credit under my phone number, very honest business. Now for the food, it's extra good. Pizza's are excellent, wings, subs, and salads... we also like there french fries. Delivery is always fast and reliable, food arrives hot, and in the very rare time you ever have any issues, I suggest to simply give them a call and I'm sure management will do what they can to make things right. I will say it again, Paisano's Leesburg is the best! Pur order of two extra large pizzas, two orders of wings, and french fries was perfect. They included plates and seasoning too.
