Food: We ordered multiple pizzas tonight. The pizza was custom as well as standard off the menu. We also ordered a variety of bone in and boneless wings. The food was hot and reheated well throughout the night. Service: I can't say enough good things about the staff. They have always been friendly. A big shout out to Matt who had to deal with my wife's various requests and gift cards. He provided service with the utmost patience. I ordered their new Balboa Cheesesteak (shout out to the Rocky reference) and wow, it was great! Huge, I had to eat half for lunch and half for dinner. It came with sautéed onions, and I ordered mushrooms and banana peppers (trust me on the banana peppers, so good). I got provolone and mozzarella for my cheese, I love when it's both melty and stringy. The roll is toasted sesame, first time I have ever had that on a cheesesteak but it works really well. It is greasy, but it's a cheesesteak - it's supposed to be, and it's from the real, finely shaved beef they use on it, it's really, really good. Not sure why there's not many high reviews. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza from here. The only bad thing is that it is a little small. But for flavor and quality it was really good! I needed something to eat. The signage called to me like a beacon in the dark. I wandered in, not knowing what to expect. The place was huge to me as far as pizza parlors go... I sauntered up to the engineered stone counter and was greeted by Carter and Bronson. Both strikingly handsome fellas. After suggested the chicken Parmesan sandwich. I was originally opposed but subjugated my stomach to a fine sandwich, so the cooks on duty should be commended as well. Carter also knows how to pour a fine beer. We ordered take out from here for pickup. It was quick. The place looks like a fast food, typical of a quick pizza place. The food itself was okay. The size was better than most places for a large. Size and price wise it is worth it. Actual taste, it's okay. I try really hard not to compare stuff to NY pizza but since they advertise as such, they don't really compare to NY pizza that well. If you don't compare it to NY pizza then it is okay. We got the fried zucchini as well with the ranch sauce and that was delicious. Overall this is a good place, but nothing that fabulous. read more

I've given them a couple of chances but the service is not good. I ordered a calzone and side Caesar salad online to get curbside pickup. When I pulled up, there was no sign for curbside pickups anywhere. Alrighty then. I went in and the woman behind the counter ignored me and was talking on the phone. When she finally hung up, she asked what I wanted. I said I had an online order so she handed me my calzone. It wasn't that clean in there so I hurried out to my car. I didn't realize I didn't have my salad until I got home. I called and the guy that answered was friendly but he didn't offer to give me anything to make up for their mistake. Manhattan Pizza has a lot of competion with restaurants for decent pizza. You can eat there, but it's basically carryout with high staff turnover. That said, they still do a good job turning out good pizza. I have family members who really love it. I make really excellent sourdough pizza, but why when Manhattan is easier. Lol read more

First time back since they remodeled the Leesburg location, definitely much improved, cleaner overall. The pizza was good overall, cheese tasted very fresh, could use a few more pepperoni,, regardless the pizza was tasty. My only recommendation would be to make crust a bit thinner, that would make it crunchier, I love a crunchy crust. read more

This is a solid pizza joint with a diverse menu. The staff are polite and efficient from my experience. I typical order carryout but I do enjoy the ambiance as well. I was very upset with the service I received last night. First of all I was told my wait time for delivery was approximately 1 hour. I realize times are not exact and Fridays are busy but 1 hour and 45 minutes is uncalled for! If you are that busy let people know how long the delivery is really going to take. I would have picked it up myself. Second, the food was ice cold. Not warm, not cool, but ice cold. They must have loaded up the delivery driver with many orders and I was the last delivery. Third, the BBQ wings we ordered were just plain wings with a side of ranch. No sauce on the wings. Last but not least when I called to complain last night I was told that they would have to wait for the manager to get back and they would give him my number when he got back and he would call me. No call, email or text received yet I called them at 7:30 last night. Not impressed! The restaurant did reach out to me to rectify the situation. If you're looking to order takeout or order through DoorDash, and have any requests, don't. Go somewhere else. This place is horrible at following requests. I'm not going to eat spaghetti with marinara when I asked for something completely different. Worst of all, they don't give your money back or respond at all. They just have lost any care that they've previously had. Update: The owner has responded to my review and was very rude and unprofessional. I recommend either going to a different Pizzeria such as Giovanni's or La Villa Roma or if you really want Manhattan Pizza, go to the Ashburn location as this location has just gone downhill completely. This past Thursday night, my son and his friends wanted to order some pizza around 9:30 PM. I ordered online, and I realized it may be cutting it close for delivery with restaurant closing at 10. Within minutes the manager called and said he didn't have any delivery drivers, but he said he would drop by and deliver it myself when he left work if I couldn't pick it up.
