My husband ordered pj's for me from them before Christmas and paid for premium shipping because it was last minute. The package came, but had the wrong pj's inside. He contacted them and they sent another pair, but had to directives for the other pj's that we didn't want. I've tried MULTIPLE TIMES to contact them, via phone, online form and chat, to no avail. I just sit on hold indefinitely if I call their customer service line. I tried the chat window and it simply says they're closed (???) and then the online form won't actually submit. It just gives the processing icon, the one that rotates around, and nothing ever registers. I'm now on hold again. I'm just trying to make sure he doesn't get charged for the pj's that we sent incorrectly and also gets refunded for the expedited shipping, since the ordered package didn't arrive properly. I wish I had checked Yelp before placing my order with PajamaGram. I placed two orders on 11 December, granted late in the evening so I didn't expect processing until 12 December. I paid for expedited shipping (1 - 3 business days) for the first as I wanted the pajamas in hand well before Christmas. I placed a separate order for a Christmas present at the same time, but with standard (2 - 7 business days) and not expedited shipping so it would arrive before Christmas just in time to be wrapped and put under the tree. On 20 December, 6 business days after 12 December, when my order was placed, the second standard shipping package arrived (supposedly, UPS confirmed it but I haven't seen it yet). The expedited shipment is still not in hand. I checked the PajamaGram website and neither order shows up in my Order History there. I contacted customer service via Chat and was first connected with Bob. He provided me with a UPS tracking number for the standard shipping package and a FedEx number for the "expedited" package. He agreed to submit a refund request for the $8 premium I paid for expedited shipping, and stated FedEx showed the package would be delivered by 22 December - 7 business days and 3 weekend days after the order was placed. Before I was able to verify either of the tracking numbers, Bob disconnected our Chat session. The UPS one checked out and showed delivered today, though I am not at home, and I attempted to verify the FedEx one. Except Fedex didn't have that tracking number in their system at all. I reconnected with customer service via Chat and got Jessica this time. She provided me with a different FedEx number that was in their system. -Not getting my expedited package on time (-3 stars). -Only offering me a refund for the expedited shipping difference is the absolute minimum they had to do, particularly since my standard shipped package is already at my door. (+1 star; additional compensation would have earned back an additional star - for instance, refund for all shipping or coupon for next purchase). -For an E-Commerce business, not having an accurate history of my orders in my account with shipping information is a problem (-1 star). I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. I assumed if this was advertised on NPR then it must be legit. The pajamas had a drawstring that retracted on the second wear and the top doesn't stay buttoned so you're constantly flashing people. I have tried to call several times and get put on hold and have had no empathy. You do the work, fill out online form and then also have to pay postage when you return them even when defective and even though they overcharge you the first time. Never again! The foot part of the footie pajamas does not scale. Considering the feet is why I bought the footie pajamas it's an unfortunate flaw. My 4 year old son is tall and typically wears size 6 clothing so he is large. I ordered a size 8 so that he'd have room to grow into it. The actual pajama is 1 foot too large in the body (which I expected) but the feet barely fit. The feet look like they'd be more appropriate on a size 4 pajama if at all. Conveniently enough the feet come off, so I thought being sent larger feet would cure the problem. But Pajamagram.com can't send extra feet. I was willing to pay extra for grown men feet. They want me to PAY to ship it back. So they can ship me another size? They wanted to exchange it but the body part is as big as it can be without being dangerously oversize, and they are asking me to go bigger when the PJ is not the problem. if I can't guarantee bigger feet, what is the point? Thank God my grandmother taught me how to sew, and my sewing teacher taught me how to make a pattern. When he outgrows the feet in the next few weeks I will take them apart and cut a larger pattern for the feet and make them myself. Next time I will buy a fleece blanket and make the whole footie PJ myself. Or find an old lady in the neighborhood who sews to make them for me. Buyer be ware! read more

The sizing was right and my wife says they're the most comfortable pajamas ever. I LOVE my Hoodie Footie Pink PJ's. When it's cold in the house it is perfect!! My husband got me some about 3 years ago. Since, my mom has bought 2 and couldn't be happier. She has dealt with customer service and they were wonderful. There was a mix up with the size sent and they handled it perfectly. I have only had the microfleece. They are incredible soft and comfy!! I ordered a pajama set for one of my staff who is in the hospital recovering from major surgery. I picked out the set and paid over 20 dollars for expedited delivery. It has been over two weeks and they still have not been delivered. First delivery that was supposed to be "overnight" wasn't scheduled for delivery until a week after the order, which was subsequently returned to sender. I received no notice that my order was being returned. I've been checking the delivery status and discovered it was return. I contacted their costumer service who informed they would be "overnighting" the order. Well... that was five days ago and STILL NOT delivered. They need to stop using the term "overnight" when they mean three business days. This was my first and last time ordering from Pajamagram. I needed my pajamas a day after the date specified and when they didn't show the day of I got on to track my package. First issue they do not have a way to track your packages. Second issue is when I called I had to wait a long time on hold only to speak to a women with very little empathy to my problem, telling me my package won't arrive until late Christmas Eve. She eventually did give me a refund on my shipping... I mean paying $12.99 for shipping on what are supposed to be basically be weightless pajamas is ridiculous in itself. I had never ordered from this company before, but after hearing their ad on National Public Radio many times, I decided to go ahead and order a set for my wife for Mothers' Day. I will NEVER order from them again.. On May 7th - in the late evening - I called their sales # and placed an order with the woman I spoke to PROMISING me that my wife would receive the pajamas by the evening of the 10th. When I got the confirmation e-mail, I saw that they had written my zip code incorrectly. It was after hours so I had to call back the next day. The next day, very early, I called the Customer Service Dept. and spoke to (apparently) the only Bob there. He proceeded to grill me on when I had placed the order as he couldn't really change anything. I told him that one of his colleagues had obviously gotten it wrong. He said he'll have it corrected in the billing dept. I said "Fine" but what about the delivery dept. He then paused and said, "I don't know, I'll see what I can do." He said he made the change and then I asked him to confirm that the pajamas would arrive by Saturday, the 10th. He said, "No way, who told you that?" Sadly, I did not have her name and then Bob began to question whether I had talked to anyone and when I had done it and he said it looked like I had called too late to be told that. He then said, he can get it to me if I pay for faster shipping. I said, that's not fair; I am a first-time user of your products and I'd appreciate your helping me out. He kept saying that's impossible. When I pointed out to him that this was NO WAY to treat a new customer, he seemed like he didn't care. I ordered a set of pajamas for my wife and they did arrive in time and she likes them. What I don't like is we live in Minnesota which does not charge tax on clothing. We were charged tax. I emailed customer service and they replied that due to the recent supreme Court decision they have to collect taxes. A brick and mortar store doesn't collect tax on clothing why does pajama gram? Pajamgrams are not made for normal proportioned people. The bottom fits fine but the top is much too small across the back and the sleeves are too short. I wore the bottoms a few times and the elastic in the waistband twisted after washing and cannot be coaxed back into a straight position. I wrote the company twice to try and get information on how to return and got no response. For some reason they have great reviews on Amazon, when I tried to write a review w/ one star, I got a response that I wouldn't be allowed to submit my review because it didn't adhere to guidelines, but I got this response after selecting the one star rating and before I could add any comments. read more

They got part of my order wrong (i paid to get a name on a pair of dog pjs - it came w/ out), so i called on the 22nd, and got a busy signal - I mean really? What kind of company actually has busy signals? I tried this 5 times over a period of 12 days, most recently today. I tried their 'chat' service - no one ever answered. never. in 5 attempts, not one response. I sent 2 emails - never got a reply. so I called their Sales line - got a human right away. (I guess they have time to take our money but not provide any customer service afterwards.) Still no love. I was transferred by a worthless twit named Tammy to (you guessed it) the busy customer line, that hung up on me after 4-5 seconds. Finally I called the #, lied about why I was calling, got a human willing to talk w me, and then told her why I was actually calling. It should not take 12 days, 5 chat attempts, 2 unanswered emails, a combined 35 or so minutes on phones, and a lie, to get customer service. Return policy is not as it states. I returned my pajamas that had the red run all over the other colors-this was my deciding factor to return them. Also, they were too big. I had no correspondence from pajama gram and then they refunded my husband about 50$ less than he paid.
