This is by far the worst experience I've ever had when buying something for my wife on Valentine's Day. I ordered 2 pairs of pjs for her along with brownies, personalized bag, and candle for $200. They didn't ship one pair or the brownies. They offered to ship the correct order out but it wouldn't arrive until the 16th. When I checked under "my orders" I didn't see anything, so I restarted the order. Two sets of pajamas arrived and I was charged twice, but there is only one order listed on my account. I filled out the customer service form on the website, but no response so far. When I call the phone number I get a busy signal or go through an automated menu, then the call drops. Do not purchase!!!! Very disappointing. We received Christmas PJs at the end of November and were very excited to wear them for Christmas. My husband's pair was too big so we completed the return document and sent it in as their site requires. It took 12 days for them to process the exchange request. We called and emailed about it and were assured it would arrive Dec 18. On Dec 22 we still had not received them so we emailed and were told they arrived on the 16 by fedex. However the email we received previously with tracking information was from USPS so that didn't match up. we emailed them back saying we did not receive anything and have been getting countless packages from Amazon during that same time frame but didn't get anything from Pajamagram. We didn't hear back so we called. We were on hold for 23 minutes and then were prompted to leave a voice mail!!!! We didn't even get to speak to a representative. We are so disappointed. It was such a sweet and expensive gift to be gifted and now we won't have them for Christmas despite our sweet friend sending them out over a month in advance. Continued to receive e-mails from Pajamagram through Monday 2/13 guaranteeing delivery on purchases made by a certain time on 2/13. Consequently, I was very concerned when my wife's Valentine's gift had not arrived by 7pm on 2/14 so I called the company and was informed that the item would be delivered on 2/15. Very disappointed as plans were made around the gift. At no point did they inform me of any potential delay, but they did continue to advertise guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery. Purchases from this company are for special occasions and on-time delivery is the minimum customer service expected. I see now that I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I want to do a simple exchange for a different size, but I'm unable to get a hold of anyone via phone, chat or email. This is very frustrating for everyone and god awful customer service. The way to go about this now, is to go to the below link and fill in a return/exchange form and send your item back. I have never seen such a horrible returns process. I sent the $140 set of pajamas back on Dec 17. They were rec'd by the company on 12/22, they still will not issue me a refund. The worst customer service ever! I spent over 250 dollars for personalized pajamas and paid extra for the organza style gift boxes. The gift boxes arrived completely damaged. I understand that this sometimes happens during shipping, but when I called to see if they could send replacement gift boxes, they said that it's not their policy. I was told that I would have to fill out their return form and it could take 3 weeks for them to process it. That's silly because I don't want to return anything. I want them to replace damaged gift boxes. Since these were Christmas, I couldn't wait 3 weeks for the new ones to arrive. I was so disappointed! Thanks to a blitz of sports radio advertising, I received this gift from my husband for Christmas. The pajamas were made of a cheap velour material and the onesie was just overall gross. Mechanically, the fact that you'd have to zip down the whole outfit to use the bathroom is a total design flaw. These were promptly returned. For any man who thinks this is a cute gift, think again. Ok, My husband likes to be a romantic once in a while. Christmas of '10 he ordered me pajamas from Pajamagram. The pajamas arrived in a very nice wire mesh hatbox with blue ribbon. However, they sent the wrong size....husband ordered an xsmall and they sent a large! Of course it cost a fair amount in shipping to send it back. I liked the flannel pj's and matching lightweight robe well enough that I accepted an exchange. Oh, yeah, the exchange took three weeks! Christmas, 2011, hubby once again gets roped in by the commercials to buy the pink hoodie footie and sexy tap set. The pj's stated small but were waaay too large...plus the fabric was pilling and shedding! I again called PJG and arranged for an exchange. As others have mentioned, not only did we pay for the shipping for the item the first time but I paid over $10.00 to ship it back! Oh yes they do not have shipping labels, duh! Then...and here is the kicker....PJG states on their website that it will take 4-6 weeks to receive a credit back on your charge card. This is a scam to take this long for a credit. I told my hubby, no more, please. We have Victoria's Secret here in Seattle as well as a number of Nordstrom's and Macy's with plenty to choose from and none of the headaches and hassles. Purchased Pink HoodieFootie for my wife for Christmas. Arrived on time cute package, when she opened it her eyes were as big as saucers. She loved it...until she went into the bedroom and changed into it. Wow. We ordered a PETITE, A petite in this country, is defined (web definition) as: "Petite sizes are generally for women under 5' 4". " Ann Taylor says 5'3" Chadwicks says 4"11 - 5"3", I could go on and on with examples however I would be beating a dead horse. My wife is 4'9" and weighs 98 pounds on a good day! When she came out with that poor excuse of a petite dragging the feet behind her (yes shewas tripping) with a width probably 1/2 again bigger than she was across. We laughed until our sides were going to split. I had to take a picture of this which we forwarded along with the package to Pajama gram for a refund. How big was their petite? well after she took it off. I asked her to match the shoulders up to mine on my back. The legs were much too long even for me and I am 5'6 1/2" tall. we called Pajamagram and were told that they build extra length and width into them so that they will move easy with the wearer! Huh, did I hear her right? They would be glad to send us a childrens size small and only charge us 1/2, dont bother sending them back. A couple of days after Christmas we received a call from this company apologizing for not sending the new HoodoeFootie but they had to have the old one first.
