Avoid this company. Ad said guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Confirmation came out with tracking number that showed no pick-up. I emailed an inquiry. Next day, tracking number was sent showing delivery on the 28th. Don't bother phoning them. One phone number always busy. Sales department could not help. Chat feature did not work. Here it is just days from being November and FINALLY they are sending me the return...but they only have ONE color to choose from....RED. The purchase was for black. Tried to call and tell them it was late, but the customer service representative lied and said it would be here tonight, even when FedEx said no, then the customer service representative this afternoon lied and said FedEx had it yesterday, when I spoke to FedEx and they said they just received it this morning. He also tried to tell me, that since tomorrow is Valentine's day, that my wife will be understanding, as long as I tried to have her present here. After asking numerous times to talk to a supervisor, and then insisting rather harshly to speak to one, I finally was connected to a supervisor that told me the truth. The only offering I received was to recall the order completely, or they would just refund the express shipping, no compensation for me having to go out , the evening before Valentine's day, in a remote town, with very limited selection of anything, to find a present. My husband got me a pair of their pajamas for Christmas. They were very soft but fit terribly, boxlike, and boy they're expensive! I tried to call to exchange them. Every time I dialed I got the same message about the lines being busy and to try another time. Finally on the third day I got through. She told me to send them back buy said that processing time would take 5 to 6 weeks!! Or I could call them to speed up the process but that the lines would be even BUSIER because of Valentine's Day. The problem I have is that the pajamas embroidered on the seat. The seam was 5 inches from where they did the embroidery!!! Why wasn't this noticed when they did the embroidery???? NO CORNER LEFT UNCUT. GARBAGE. The MOST money for the WORST quality. The "drawstring" is non-working... it's just 2 cheap strings barely tacked down. The waistband elastic is not even sewn in at all... it's not folded down and sewn in as you would expect, but rather NOT folded over and tacked down in 2 places. The fabric is thin and was already shedding. It was shipped as a "gift" in a crappy cheap-as-you-can-get plastic bag. No card, no tissue paper or anything. Nothing "Pajama Gram" about it. You would expect something from the "gift industry" to be like a gift. Not one extra cent was spent on making this item or its presentation nice. Every corner that could possibly be cut was cut. Pajama Gram has removed my review every single time I have posted it. People should know what to expect if they order this for themselves or as a gift. When nothing came on the promised date I called customer service and was PROMISED that the order would be resent overnight, and IF the original order was delivered I could keep it. I received two sets of Pajama's as a gift but they didn't fit so I exchanged them-- 6 weeks later I received my exchange and the XS still doesn't fit. Originally, the set came in the nice blue bag but the exchange didn't-- not sure what happened there? The pants are ridiculously long and the top is way oversized. I received expensive gifts from this company every year at Christmas. Once when I tried to exchange a brand-new, unused pair of pjs a few days after the holiday, I spent over 45 minutes on the phone. I knew what I was returning, knew what I wanted, had a receipt, was unfailingly polite and patient (it was Christmas, after all), only to receive, finally, an e-mail "return/exchange" addressed to "Dear Retch," an obvious insult on my name. I called again, was offered a small token gift as a "sorry,", which I never received, but never did anyone suggest that a simple exchange should be, well, simple. In the end it took days. Customer service sucks. I ordered 2 pair of overpriced PJ's ad a Christmas gift on Dec 18th. The package arrived and it's good that I checked it before wrapping because I only received one pair along with no packing slip, no receipt. I checked my CC account and found that the had charged for two pairs. A phone call with 15 minutes on hold listening to "your call is important" BS I finally talked to a real person. who said that their record says the order is complete. Another 15 minutes of BS and found out that they did not ship the other pair because the size that I ordered is out of stock. I asked why they took an order they could not fill, and if they were ever going to tell me. They said that they would be happy to send a different size so after another 15 minutes of back and fourth I agreed to accept a pair of X small and they said they would send them right out. After 3 days with no PJ's I called them back (another 15 minutes). They said that they had not been shipped yet, due to the "Holiday" they were very busy, but the would give me a "courtesy call" when they ship. It is now 9:00 AM on Christmas Eve, no call and no PJ's. read more

When he called to get the other set and explained to customer service that they messed up his order, they re-ordered and told him it will be $30.00 for they only charged for 1 set initially. I am stumped by the bad reviews on here! I ordered cinnamon satin pajama set which included slippers and a shawl for a friend in the hospital. Well, the friend left the hospital unexpectedly before they arrived. I tracked the UPS shipping and saw they had arrived at the hospital in NYC and she was back already in NJ! I called customer service and..NO PROBLEM..they quickly shipped another set to her in NJ! I said "but what about the set that was already delivered?" They said not to worry they would take care of it! AMAZING!! Anyway, she received them and raved about the presentation and the items. I told her to please tell me the truth..were they some crappy cheap items, as I live in Indiana and didn't get to see them. She said NOT at all..she would use this company. Anyway, a week later she finally put on the PJs only to find the seam in the satin on one leg had a rip about 6 inches long. I had her send me a picture so I could inform the company. I emailed them on their website, told them I had the pic, and because my friend had cancer I wasn't going to ask her to get out and ship them back. I received a nice email the NEXT day saying not to worry about returning them, they dont need the picture, and they would ship out a new pair!! What a great company!! Just got some pj's for a gift. I am 8-10 (Medium) but these pj's fit TERRIBLE! The bottom are virtually too big and the top is too tight. The top fits like a small and the bottom like a large. When I contacted the company, they couldn't do a thing. If I had problems with things sold as sets generally, I would understand, but I don't normally have an issue and am not different sizes top to bottom. Me thinks not is right! read more

Very poor qualit control!! Received them as a gift. Mine came with two right feet, my husband's was missing the bottom of the foot (it hadn't been sewn on). So they sent replacement pajamas (we didn't have to send back the others which was nice) but my replacement had two different size feet, and they sent my husband a woman's pajama. Not sure if we're going to try one more time to get functional pajamas. read more

I received the lounging pajamas as a Christmas gift. The color is beautiful and the fit is fine. However, the tag stated to wash them before wearing. I washed them in cold water and delicate cycle. When the cycle was finished, the fleece was all over the washing tub-just like having a kleenex go through the cycle. After drying them in a delicate cool cycle, they are still shedding. read more

Misleading advertisements and poor customer service. Ordered a set of PJs from their website. There was a banner at the top of the screen advertising $40 of your next purchase of $75 or more. I placed my order and applied the advertised coupon code but when I checked out, the discount had not been applied. I figured it to be an error so I called customer service the next day. Waited on hold for 30 minute. No answer and was prompted to leave a voicemail, which I did. Did not receive a call back as I was told I would. Called the next day and finally spoke to someone. They tell me that there is nothing they can do and condescendingly told me that I must have misunderstood the advertisement. I eventually spoke to a supervisor and got the same run around. Refusing to honor the discount that they advertised on their site and telling me that I misunderstood the discount code. I was told that the discount was actually for the purchase AFTER this order which makes no sense as the advertisement claimed the discount was on your next order, not the order after you next order. I was eventually offered a very small percentage discount as an apology for "my confusion". They also would not cancel my order as it had already been shipped but had they called back the day that I left a message then I would have been able to cancel before it was shipped. The supervisor told me she would email me the terms and conditions that explained this policy but as of this writing I have received nothing. I looked on their site and see nothing explaining this in their terms and conditions. I can only assume that there is nothing explaining this and the advertised coupon code is intentionally misleading to dupe people into buying their overpriced pajamas. Spent over an hour yesterday searching for the perfect pj gift for a friend who had a double mastectomy. Literally!! everything I liked was "out of stock" in a medium. Without exaggeration, 7 items in a row! When I called to ask why, I was given no answer that made sense, after a lengthy hold for the agent to "find out." Finally, I settled on the Cashmere lounging set - It was advertised at $59. No medium but when I searched for the set, there it was in a medium, for $129. I called, received another blank answer from the agent who spoke to her supervisor who said, "it's a different style" I asked to speak with the supervisor who argued with me that even though the descriptions matched exactly as did the photos of the set, it was very different, hence the price. There was NO effort at customer service or kindness - only an exasperated intolerant, "No" with long long long long long empty pauses when I made a comment. I've tried and tried to deal with these people, but as I told the supervisor, their greed has gotten in the way of any hope for true customer service. In this case, it felt more like extortion and bait and switch. Cute packaging doesn't make up for the reputation they are busy gathering. read more

Ordered a set of pajamas for the family Christmas party on 12/5. By 12/16 they still had not arrived due to the fact they wrote the shipping address wrong. They then had me select a different set of pajamas(as the ones we wanted were gone) and promised to send them for a delivery on the 19th. Which I told her if they couldn't guarantee that then let's cancel because I needed them for a party. If they couldn't send at least I would have time to find another set somewhere in time. By sat the 20th still no pajamas and the customer service agent tells me they were delivered to the wrong address AGAIN. They thought a merchandise credit would be sufficient. I don't think so. Nice and polite people at least but come on. Save yourself the headache and buy from an actual store. read more

I ordered the Ugly Sweater Christmas pajamas for my grandkids and they are cute and soft. What I found is they run much larger than the size chart. The 5T actually fits my grandson who takes a 7. The child that was to get the 5T will fit better in a 3T. Please keep this in mind when ordering. read more
