Horrible experience! Today I was one of the first persons in the salon after it opened at 9am. I asked for a pedicure and was looking forward to a pampering experience. I brought my own nail color because they rarely have the colors I like. She was so rough with me like she was varnishing furniture instead of a human being. I asked her TWICE to be more gentle because she was making me cry! She acted like she didn't understand English. And it's annoying to ask for a manicure and they change polish and charge for manicure that has happened twice first time I had to ask him to stop I said manicure. They charge 50.00 for nail change? You know you didn't do a full manicure it's deceptive. I was going to go back but why bother. Same as other reviews. Nail cut from filing and the acrylic overlay thick it's terrible. Went to this salon because it was near my hair appointment and I had time to kill before then. I went in right at 10am on a Friday morning and they were busy! The lady seated me right away which was nice but I could tell she rushed me because there were so many people who came in after me and they kept telling them to wait. I was in and out for a gel manicure in less than 30 min and I was hoping to have a nice relaxing manicure but definitely felt rushed to get me out and on to the next person. She didn't allow enough time in between coats of gel polish, as there were wet bubbles lasting into the following day when it finally smudged and the layer tore off. Pics below. My husband & I had 'date day' today, and we decided to try this salon. I called in advance, and asked for pricing and availability, was instructed to come in an hour, in which we did. Upon arriving we were sat together in a pedicure bowl, my husbands service was precise with time & he was pleased with his simple pedicure. I on the other hand got a lady who had no clue how to remove the shellac from my toes, so she started backwards on my pedicure until the owner was available to remove my shellac, then my nail tech went back to manicuring my toes. Once she was done with the pedicure, I had to wait 30 minutes for another tech to re-polish my toes with shellac, then had to wait another 20 minutes for my nails to be done by the owner. I have dip done on my nails, and they did indeed turn out very pretty, so I was pleased with Kathy's work on my nails. However, the entire time we were there all the employees bantered back and forth in there language, which is rude, unprofessional and quite annoying! Nevertheless it relaxing at all.. We were literally in this salon start to finish 3.5 hours, because of the lack of organization and professionalism of running a business. The quality of our services is as good but the lack of other areas was frustrating!! read more

I cannot recommend this salon enough. Anthony is absolutely phenomenal! I had tried and faIled to find the perfect salon/nail tech until I found Diva Nails. He absolutely kills it every single time. Dip or gel, short or long nails. He does a great job and is so easy to talk to. He is super creative and always has great ideas to spice up a simple manicure, but he can do classic nails and blow it out of the water too. The salon is super clean, welcoming and the entire staff is very friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend trying this place out. I won't go anywhere else. read more

This used to be my favorite go to place for a pedicure until my last visit. My feet came out, looking worse than when I came in. The visit consisted of them trying to upsell me stuff on their pedicure menu that I had never seen before during any visit prior to this one. When I explained this to them that I just wanted the pedicure that I get every single time they told me that this menu would be better and I would get a better experience. I told him I didn't want anything like that. I just want what I usually get, sadly I guess this upset them and I received nothing of the sort just a soak and a little bit of massage. My feet came out dryer. They didn't scrub anything and when I gave in and told them no problem, I will pay for a paraffin upgrade. They told me it was sold out. I had to trim my nails again when I came home and re-soak and scrub the dry skin because they looked and felt so terrible! I left a tip regardless, because I do not like to do people dirty, but this is honestly the worst experience that I have ever had at any nail place especially one that I frequent sadly I will not be returning. ‍ read more

So I went straight in was seated in about 2 minutes the person who met me was very nice I didn't catch her name however she was very helpful she helped me my purse got me settled in the chair and she begin to work on my feet she did an excellent job everything looked very clean everything was wiped off she took very very special care of my problem areas on my feet and the rub down was to die for with the hot rocks. I had a not-very-good experience at Diva Nails. Went in for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure. I picked out a color for the pedicure and the nail tech repeated the number to me and pointed to it on the chart. However, she apparently pulled the wrong number, because the color I ended up with was about 3 shades lighter than the one I picked, and I didn't like it at all. (My mistake for not paying attention while she was working.) Then, I asked for clear gel on my finger nails and she used a tinted polish (almost clear, but with a slight pink shade to it). While she was working, I questioned her, but she said, yes, yes, it was "clear." I can live with the fingers, but every time I look at my feet I cringe. Plus, I was there for 90 minutes (and that was even having declined the hand massage, because I was now late for an appointment). She also nicked one of my toes, drawing blood. read more

Tessy and Lucy did an awesome job. My party of 5 arrived 30 minutes before closing and they graciously accommodated our manicures and pedicures and stayed open about 45 minutes past closing. I get there at 3:45 in the place is slammed, and the guy said it'll be about 15 minutes. I was OK with that because I was early and that would put me right on time for my appointment. Another person comes and says they had called -they take them right away. This rubs me as strange but I am a patient person so I proceed to wait. I waited until 430, Never acknowledged or anything. This place was so bad I had to prevent myself from laughing out loud while getting the worst, most rushed manicure ever. The woman who did my nails didn't file all ten of them, and air-clipped my cuticles. The color she slapped on my nails so hurriedly was a mess. I should have waked out but I wanted to see just how bad she could be. I left the tip money out on the side to give when I was finished, since they make you pay before completing the job, and this girl saw me putting the money down and said "just give it to me". She couldn't wait to get her tip for a job so poorly done. Truly the worst. It often happens that these "nail technicians" feel rushed and don't like people to have to wait, so they're hasty but no one was waiting. There was no line.
