I have been working since May 2026 on trying to get an eye drop prescription approved that requires a Prior Authorization by Care Mark. Many calls to Kyle Vision and to Care Mark waiting while the Care Mark representative reaches out to Kyle Vision staff to request the Prior Authorization From from the doctor be sent for their review. It is now the end of July 2026, and they still have not sent the form to Care Mark. Their staff doesn't have a clue and doesn't seem to even care, every time I have called Kyle Vision to check, I am told it will be sent to Care Mark..almost as if it is too much effort of their part to even bother...WTF!!!

The staff is equally outstanding: kind, personable, and incredibly helpful. The office itself is always clean and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. This place also holds a special place in my heart. I used to bring my father here before he passed away from Alzheimer's last year. The compassion they showed him meant the world to me. The ladies in front are sweet and the lady taking care of us was very nice and informative that I value very much. I was educated on the new digital way for dilation for retinal. We were appreciative of the Dr explaining everything even when everything looked good. He explained everything he was looking at and told us the good and the bad of each part.
