Dr Pak was pretty amazing, this was my first time seeing her, she was super kind and explained things to me while also letting me rant about my medical history. Her suggestions were very matter of fact and also realistic. Eat better with vitamins. ACE. Keep doing what I'm doing. What history has to do with eyes and with that history recommendations and why they are helpful other than just telling me. I went in for an eye exam general. And I asked questions regarding my time and she was super quick verifying my past and looking out for my future, regarding the dreaded B word with my age. Bifocals. (Shock) Either way amazing time. The staff is equally outstanding: kind, personable, and incredibly helpful. The office itself is always clean and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. This place also holds a special place in my heart. I used to bring my father here before he passed away from Alzheimer's last year. The compassion they showed him meant the world to me. The lobby/waiting area is spacious and calm. I like the options they have for glasses including wider frames for men as well. The place is clean along with the bathroom and it smells so good. The ladies in front are sweet and the lady taking care of us was very nice and informative that I value very much. I was educated on the new digital way for dilation for retinal. We were appreciative of the Dr explaining everything even when everything looked good. He explained everything he was looking at and told us the good and the bad of each part. As of now I still have cataracts and terrible night vision and blurry vision when looking down even during the day time.
