Many calls to Kyle Vision and to Care Mark waiting while the Care Mark representative reaches out to Kyle Vision staff to request the Prior Authorization From from the doctor be sent for their review. It is now the end of July 2026, and they still have not sent the form to Care Mark. Their staff doesn't have a clue and doesn't seem to even care, every time I have called Kyle Vision to check, I am told it will be sent to Care Mark..almost as if it is too much effort of their part to even bother...WTF!!!
