When asked if they could accommodate me, they said, no, the doctor was gone. It was only 10:30am! Also, the first time I went to this office, the optician's assistant (that sets things up and does a few tests before the doctor comes in) smelled so bad I could hardly breathe. As of now I still have cataracts and terrible night vision and blurry vision when looking down even during the day time. The lobby/waiting area is spacious and calm. I like the options they have for glasses including wider frames for men as well. The place is clean along with the bathroom and it smells so good. The ladies in front are sweet and the lady taking care of us was very nice and informative that I value very much. I was educated on the new digital way for dilation for retinal. We were appreciative of the Dr explaining everything even when everything looked good. He explained everything he was looking at and told us the good and the bad of each part.
