I had some packages arriving 2 weeks after I dropped them off, which isn't right. What are they doing with my packages? Pak Mail - Won't take your USPS. - Shipping Centers Near Me - Kennesaw, Georgia

Someone dropped off packages to be delivered from here in mid-March. Several shipments didn't get out until mid-April. Several more STILL haven't shipped, and it's now mid-May! This place claims to provide speedy shipment and processing, but sits on $7000 worth of business for more than a month?! And on top of that, they take weeks to respond to emails or voicemails, if at all. The suggestion to "save money" by shipping things Media Mail (when items are not qualified as "media" items) just results in packages detained by the USPS with no notification to the original shipper or the customer at the end (me), and gives this place someone else to blame for THEIR mistake. "Reputable" national chain my butt. I've seen dumpster fires more effective than this place. read more

I've had multiple bad experiences with this location but unfortunately because it is convenient, I have come back several times. I just sent my 10 year old daughter in to have my handicap pass laminated (As I sat outside in my car right outside the door) and the lady refused to laminate it saying my daughter was too young. Extremely rude. I called today in regards to a package of mine being delivered there by accident. The lady who answered the phone asked me 1 question then told me I had the wrong number and kept cutting me off before I was able to explain to her the situation. I knew my package was there I had delivery confirmation but she was just the rudest thing ever. Would not recommend. They don't even know how to treat customers on a 1 minute phone call. Weeks ago I went to PakMail and asked how much it would cost to mail a greeting card to a specific address abroad. I paid in cash for them to put postage on it. Today I just received the envelope back at my home address marked "return to sender for postage." The attendant didn't put the postage on the envelope as she told me she would. I'm very annoyed. I only went to PakMail because I didn't have an easy way to figure out how much postage to put on, and because the post office was closed at the time. I paid them for doing NOTHING except wasting my time. Don't think I will waste my time or money here again. read more

I've been there several times when they're supposed to open (9:30), but the store is never open on time. I also tried to drop off a package mid-day and they were closed as well. There was a sign on the door with a phone number to call, so I called the phone number. I inquired as to when the store would be open, and she told me to just leave the package outside in front of the door. Sorry, but no way am I just leaving a package outside the door. That's a great way to have your package stolen, and they're wouldn't have been any proof that I left my package there. My interactions have always been with the same person, Sabina, and she's been extremely rude on numerous occasions. I've continued to go back because it's conveniently located, but I can't tolerate the horrible customer service and lack of professionalism any longer. read more

Attendant on 7/12/17 at 11:15am is Condescending and rude to guest. Make sure you read all signage that is posted in store so that the attendant is not interrupted what so ever. If it is your first time there you were supposed to know to come in and call the attendant on their cell phone number! You are also supposed to know exactly where to leave your FedEx package for pick up even though this is your first time there and there is no signage indicating which area. read more

I am usually reluctant to use Pak Mail at Kennesaw Walk b/c the service can be on the slow side, but today Sabina went out of her way to help resolve a complicated shipping problem and turned what would have otherwise been a very frustrating experience. I am glad they are open the day after Christmas... and I can respect the rect that they need to pay the rent... but I was charged $30 for a box and bubble wrap to ship a pc. UPS ground shipping was $51. I might just be out of touch, but I feel like the charges are too high. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to this place (that I've never been before) to pick up a package only because Amazon failed to deliver it to my home. While there during my short time, the lady working up front ignored me for at least 10 minutes while having unprofessional conversation about other clients right in front of me and two other customers waiting. Then the woman was extremely rude to me after she finally acknowledged my presence. She asked if my package was important and said I shouldn't come pick it up unless it was necessary??? Then then proceeded to ask me WHAT WAS IN my mail and why I needed it?? What kind of company asks what's in your mail? When I told her it was personal she got irritated with me and slammed around boxes and bags to find my package that shouldn't have even been brought there in the first place. Super disappointing how greedy these people are. Originally I went there as a college student and needed to print stuff for school, they charged me $1.15 A SHEET. Which is already pricey compared to everywhere else which is below $.50 a person. Then, of course you can't pay with card below $5 so it has to be cash. Fast forward two months and I come to print a document for my house buying process and I walk in to print and the lady tells me to email her because the computer I usually use to print off is broken so I emailed her the document and she instantly printed off (took a whole 1 minute as she literally just clicked the email I sent her and hit print because she already had it pulled up) then I go to pay and she tells me it's $3.15. I said $3.15 FOR ONE PIECE OF PAPER? She said yes there's an email service charge. So because your crap is broken I have to pay YOU to click your mouse twice???! Then, my sister had to run in from the car to bring me more cash and she was rude and short to her. I'm sorry but charging $3.15 for a sheet of paper is disgusting and greedy. Her response and actions were equally disgusting. Please spend your money elsewhere. I've never left a bad yelp review, if that tells you anything about this place. read more

They are my local FedEx drop and my biggest complaint is that they do not open on time. Their sign says they open at 9:30, but the last 3 times I have been there at 9:30, I have waited until 9:45 and left without mailing when they failed to open. read more

Just a fair warning that Pakmail will not share with you. If you rent one of their mailboxes and then later change your mailing address to a new location, the postal service will not forward your mail. I moved to a new town, and filled out mail forwarding prior to then with the USPS. My mail does not get forwarded. I talked to Pakmail, who will only say it has nothing to do with them and I need to talk to the post office. When I went to the post office and also talked to that specific mail carrier, they told me twice that companies like Pakmail know from day 1 that your mail cannot be forwarded in the future, but they fail to mention it in order to get your business. It's very frustrating. The reason they do not forward is because Pakmail uses their own business address as your address, with a mailbox number attached to it. read more
