    This place is the best for any discount shipping supply needs. Super friendly owner and they have a huge selection. Highly recommended.

    I never leave reviews like this because honestly I have so many other things I could be doing with…read moremy time but this needed to be written. I Came into this location and brought in some of my own pre packaged balloons for my daughter's first birthday to be filled with helium. I wasn't greeted or smiled back at when I walked in, every employee at the front desk who saw me come in, walked away like they were busy when they were all up front previously laughing and joking around. The old lady who filled them up for me was not pleasant... at all. Just very cold and rude when I asked her questions. She asked if I wanted a travel bag, I said "that's fine" and she said "it's a yes or no question" ....LOL OK. this was just one of her many rude responses. not really sure who pissed her off that day or if she's just so miserable with her own life she needs to make other people unhappy too. Also, two of the balloons she filled for me were not floating anymore by the time I got home, 10 minutes later. When checking out she informed me they "weren't responsible for the balloons after they left the store doors" Listen, maybe the two of the balloons I had were faulty, and I can't rule that out... but to charge customers a dollar per balloon to fill it up with air the least I'd expect was something to last until the next day. Just a disappointing experience all around. I will never come back to this location.

    Zurchers has an enormous selection of product. I easily found what I wanted in the first 5 minutes…read moreof being there and joined the only open cash register behind one person. I waited a minimum of 10 minutes to be helped by a kind young lady who processed my purchase. Then I waited another 5-10 minutes for someone to fill the balloons. What is amazing is there were a minimum of 6 other employees who came by, saw me and some other people waiting to be served, and left to care for something or someone less important, only to return a few minutes later looking for something else to do. I was thinking of applying for the store manager position on the spot because they certainly need one in this case. I deal with many retail stores and this branch of Zurchers takes the prize for caring the least about their customers.

    I've tried twice to get a response from the owners without a simple reply…read more My first visit, the tip request was a total turn off because I wasn't helped, I was rung up. But I tipped. The second time in I was overcharged. By quite a bit. I haven't been able to go in because I work during their hours of operation and it's not nearby. Dear Bead Fairy Team, I'm reaching out regarding a recent purchase I made at your store on May 22, 2025, where I was accidentally overcharged for one of the items. Specifically, I was charged $30.05 for a single tube of size 6/8/11/15 seed beads, which was clearly marked in-store as $3.75. I've attached the following items for your review: * A photo of the receipt showing the $30.05 charge * A photo of the bead tube with the $3.75 price tag * A photo of all items purchased, confirming no other item aligns with the $30.05 charge It seems this was a simple cashier error. I noticed the discrepancy shortly after leaving the store and tried to return immediately, but the shop had already closed. I kindly request a partial refund of $26.30, the difference between the correct price and the amount charged. I hope this can be resolved quickly, and I truly appreciate your time and understanding.
