We called some car insurance companies for quotes, and Mike got us the paperwork for that car on the same day. A little back and forth with the paperwork, and our car was delivered to our door Wed afternoon. Like that was it - spoke to Mike on Monday morning, sent him a thank you email by Wed afternoon. Explanations: They ALWAYS take the time and explain what is wrong along with avenues to fix. I found these guys one day while I was driving and heard something stuck in my tire. I pulled over into Speedway and found it was a nail. The boys immediately through my car on the lift, removed the nail but told me that the nail did not puncture the tire. THESE GUYS DIDNT CHARGE ME FOR THEIR TIME. That sold me. I have since brought my vehicles exclusively to them because I trust them. Another great thing they have done for me is to tell me (in one circumstance) that it would be best to bring my car to the dealer because it would be cheaper for me. They gave up their opportunity to make a buck because they obviously care about their clients. I hope these factual events help you make a decision.
