I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with obtaining my test results…read more Earlier today (Sunday), I received a call letting me know my test results were available and that the doctor would go over them with me. I was told that no appointment was necessary and that I could stop by before noon. Upon arrival, I signed in and was informed that there would be a long wait, even though I was only there to pick up my test results and I'm thinking a quick overview with the doctor. I was told that I would need to pay $20 to get the results explained by the doctor. Which is not the issue. When I asked if I could simply take a copy of the results, I was told that I could, but if I returned to see the doctor, the fee would increase to $45. This was confusing, and I didn't fully understand why the fee would change, as I was initially led to believe I could simply stop by and collect my results without needing the normal 2-3 hour wait to see the doctor.

They talked me through all of the options we had, they comforted my son, ensured he was comfortable and fully numb before extracting the tooth. The doctor (Dr. Abby) took the time and sat with me, reviewed X-rays, and went in depth about the treatment my child would need- AWAY FROM MY CHILD. We have been to offices before where they blurt out what needs to happen and it's very scary for little listening ears. I appreciated this small detail so much. From that point, I waited a few minutes until the treatment plan was ready, it was reviewed with me at the counter (again my child was busy playing games so he wasn't involved in the adult stuff) and then the next appointment was made. From start to finish I cannot express how wonderful of an office, and experience this was. A dental office can be a scary place for a kid- but at Sturz & Abby they were made to feel comfortable and safe. I will be returning for all dental needs.

The experience I had at a phlebotomy location was horrible. The inexperienced phlebotomist blew a vain in my arm creating a super painful experience. I spoke with the interim vp of operations, and she tried to make it my fault; that is impossible. Truly a horrible experience and don't bring your business here. read more

By this time it is 6:30 pm 15 minutes past my start time for the scan. I'm waiting and waiting no one comes to get me so I start yelling out can someone tell me what is going on and the assistant plays dumb and says he doesn't know. Finally at 7 pm the technician comes and doesn't apologize for being so late. He was rude. It is absolute bullshit to arrive 30 minutes early and have your appointment start an hour late yet I was there for an hour and a half before the scan actually started. This is the second time I have had a shitty experience with this place. They could have told me they were running late. They could have offered me water and they could have killed me with kindness instead of treating me like I was the one who caused their lateness. They don't care about the patient at all. Negative stars for this facility!
