Always happy and we're always laughing in here, making the experience so awesome. I always come in here with some crazy nail design and they always accommodate me. Danny usually fills my nails, but on occasion Michael does them. I love my pedicures and the massage I get. I've been known to fall Asleep during my pedicure because I'm so relaxed. They have many options for pedicures but I always get the lavender treatment to zen me out. I know walk-ins are always welcome, but I do recommend making an appointment especially over the weekend or during a busy holiday season. You really won't be disappointed!

PLEASE READ I want…read moreto be specific when I give this one star it is for "Linda" she is the worst nail tech I've ever had. Where do I begin... she knicked my cuticles and held the drill down too long it and burned my nail, I flinched as every other person would as it is an instinctual reaction to pain. The first time this happen she said ok I'll drill really slow because you're sensitive and I said no, you burnt me it's not being sensitive" Then she knicks my cuticle and I went to check if it was bleeding and she had this look on her face she looked at her coworker as if I had just spat in her face. Then again she gets my cuticle and I jerk my hand out of reaction and I And she says verbatim "you are kind of baby" and I looked at her and said "excuse me?!?!" And she didn't say much after that. When I had picked my color she went and got a different color and said this one's prettier let's do this one. And I'm like uhhh ehh and she said ok you pick and I said I'll keep the dark one I picked out. At some point she got hot and put the fan in her face and being silly she put the fan in my face and then I smiled but then she pulled her shirt collar outward and put the fan angled down so the handheld fan was by her chin facing down. And then while I had my hands with acetone foils on all my fingers and with how fast she did it.. she grabbed my shirt in the chest area and put the fan to my chin to have air blown on my boobs. And I kinda froze up and was really quiet and I didn't say much after that. She kept trying to push a manicure on me I had to tell her no over and over and over that I only want a GELL manicure and as the session went on she told me I'm too sensitive and I shouldn't get GELL. And I said why? She said because I'm too sensitive and I look at her and say no. I like GELL. After another time she burned my nail with the drill she rolls her eyes and said do you want her to finish? (Le Ann) and I said you know what yes. I want her to finish. She was so so so damn rude. Absolutely Crossed boundaries. Tried to make me feel like I was doing something wrong. She also asked me if I'd been there before and if one of her coworkers had done my nails and I said yes everyone in this room (3 other people) has done my nails before I've been here forever. Not once have I been treated like that. She literally was calling me names while expecting me to pay her? Like It's her job, not mine. So if you wanna be borderline assaulted, talked down to, told that your color is ugly, and be treated like you're the biggest inconvenience on plant earth, you'd like it here. Linda is the worst nail tech I have ever encountered in my fucking life. Oh! She also told me to stop watching as I was looking at her do my nails. I was watching a YouTube video and I would glance back-and-forth, but she literally said stop watching her do my nails. I encourage you to go to other nail salons. Or if you do stay here. Do not give Linda your money!!!

They took walk-ins before us. 2 hours later and past my appointment time Jimmy is just now ready to begin on my nails. Got a pedi while I waited & had to have it corrected bc the nails were all crooked and the gel polish was left a total mess. My daughter still never got her toes painted although we've been here for 2 hours. WITH APPOINTMENTS! It's crazy. I'm not going to say the guy does bad nails bc he doesn't. But you better make sure you have all day to be here and that appointment times aren't important to you. I've give a couple chances hoping each one is just a fluke. It's not. Ugh. Time to find another place.

Yuki was incredibly friendly, warm, and even had me laughing during the appointment, which made the visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. The service was very well done, and while there were a couple of small details I might mention next time, that's more on me for not being as communicative in the moment. Overall, the quality of work and professionalism really stood out. Yuki is sweet, attentive, and clearly skilled, and I left happy with my nails. I sat in the massage chair for 30 minutes before anyone came over to begin my pedicure. During the pedicure the staff member who was completing the service was pulling double duty and continued to get up to run the desk. As I sat there other patrons came and went to include walk ins. I understand being busy and staffing is challenging but, what is the point of appointments? Kelly did an AMAZING job and took her time paying attention to detail and made sure that the gel polish was not on my cuticles before curing it. This is my BIGGEST pet peeve when I get gel polish. Kimmai was very friendly and accommodating to me, listening to my requests, and adjusting as needed. My feet were not in good condition as I'm adjusting living in the desert. She took her time on my mani and pedi and just made sure to make my experience really pleasant. I've found my new place to get mani/pedi's in Peoria! Highly recommend!
