Went in like an hour and fifteen minutes before they closed for a pedicure. They took me as a walkin. Kelly did an AMAZING job and took her time paying attention to detail and made sure that the gel polish was not on my cuticles before curing it. This is my BIGGEST pet peeve when I get gel polish. Didn't pressure me to add more services or get a bigger pedicure package. In total my pedicure was about an hour long and was amazing! I do know that this place can get busy during the day and the parking lot is chaotic. But if you go towards the evening there is plenty of room. If I could give negative stars I would. I used to come to this place pre COVID and they were great. Decided to come back even though it's a drive for me. I haven't found a good place so thought why not. The service is horrible they try to up sell you on the service and get upset when you dont. I did mine and my daughters feet and hands. It was over $400 for our services. They couldn't even do a simple white tip. Left my hands full of dust and didn't even have me wash them. I will not be back I am going to need to get someone to fix the mess they made. I came into the salon with a preexisting acrylic set in need of a fill. I paid $65 + $10 tip and thought I liked the final product until I inspected further. I noticed the shape was super wonky and they where super thick and bulky looking but I got over it. Exactly 3 days later, on every single finger, the GEL polish was chipping (crazy right) and a nail broke. I'm was so upset and I called to explain the situation and the guy on the phone sounded sincere and said they'd fix it but when I went in today and asked if they could just soak them off and do a manicure. He told me that they couldn't do a manicure because they'd have to charge me and offered to paint them with regular polish. I asked him if we could do gel because I have errands to run (didn't have time to wait for them to dry) and had literally just paid $75 for a crappy job 3 days ago. He said that gel polish would be $25 extra so I declined... he proceeded to soak off the acrylic nails and I agreed to normal polish because there was no way in hell I was giving this salon anymore of my money. As he soaked my acrylics off, he filed my natural nails so horribly and unevenly, not to mention he rushed through the service. I kept having to ask him to file more because there was still acrylic on my nails that he was looking past. After the final polish coat, he didn't even offer a fan to speed up the drying process (mind you, the salon had so many more gel polishes + uv lights than regular so I was extremely irritated). Instead he gave me 2 rolls of toilet paper and told me to rest my hands on top of them for 5 mins to dry. And right when I grabbed my keys out of my purse to leave, the polish smudged. This shop is f**king joke and are CHEAP. I will never be coming here again and I'm disputing this with my bank. The least they could have done was gel polish and I would've been decently satisfied with the efforts to make it right. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Definitely not impressed! I went in for a dip manicure with a gel pedicure. Immediately, when I got home, a corner of my nail broke. I went back in to get it fix and the lady was so rude! She did a horrible job a 2nd time to fix the issue. I went in to get my nails done on 6/13 and my nails are already failing a part and it's only 6/17. That's 4 days they lasted!!!! I spent $100 plus tip!!! I also told the lady I wanted my nails cut and she just filed them. I told her again, nicely, that I wanted them cut and she refused. I won't be going back there. I am I licensed cosmetologist so I know what to look for. She makes me feel welcome and always remembered how I like my water temp, my nail shape without even asking (and I go 3-4 times a year only). First time there and I got a pedicure. I asked for the signature pedicure which included a sugar scrub. I did not receive the sugar scrub and I was charged for it anyways. I should have been charge for the basic pedicure that's $25 and instead I paid $10 for a service I didn't receive. I will not be back. Just got home and my feet are still rough and my toes are filed crooked. I just want to mention that I haven't had a pedicure in MONTHS and she spent maybe 5 mins on my cuticles, filing and trimming. The employees here are so rude and arrogant I am never going back to this salon again! Do not waste your money at this horrible place. I went in for a birthday set and pedicure and the guy doing my pedi cut my toe nails super short, was extremely rough and then blamed me when the gel polish was already lifting. They need to get new lamps to cure their polish better. As for the lady doing my acrylic set she packed on the powder acrylic way too thick did not shaped them like I asked and then told me she couldn't do what I wanted because the lengths were different. I drive out of my way 20 minutes just to come here with my 5 yr old toddler because they are THE FASTEST & Most talented! Was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure after not having one for 5 months due to mild nail fungus. Chose $40 pedicure with extra sugar scrub. Pedicure was over in 20 min, from start to last stroke of topcoat! A regular pedi should last 30-35 min. Upgraded one like I purchased should be longer. Nail tech rushed through the whole thing then on to the next client. This is not the first time I have had a rushed pedicure here. Other times have been 23 and 25 min. The nail tech used an artificial nail to remove my acrylics. When she was asked to soak them off, she stated this would be faster due to the nail lifting. She proceeded to lift my nail and swipe it fast. It ripped my nail, I told her stop that hurts and your making me bleed. After 4 of my fingers were in pain. I was so angry I started to cry, she never asked if I was okay but got angry and walked off. She walked up to who I believe is the boss/owner and stated things in her language and walked out. I got a pedicure and had my nails removed and then just did the sns on my real nails. The PROs-I like my nails and toes. They look good to me. There are tv screens to watch so that was nice. The massage chair was nice. The Cons-Since they decided to do both nails and feet at the same time, I had to turn off my massage chair so she could do my nails. I called to make an appointment and was telling the owner who I wanted and he was rude and said "just come in I have someone for you." I walked in yesterday afternoon looking for a relaxing manicure and was treated so poorly that I will NEVER be back. This has happened before as well. I really tried to give the salon another chance, as everyone has bad days. The guy who did my nails wasn't friendly, scolded me for the maintenance of my nails and filed my nail down so far it caused me to wince, not only once but three separate times. He kept filing and buffing the irritated area. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. He didn't seem remorseful or concerned about my experience at all, even after he saw me become upset. He never warned me that the bonding liquid would burn the newly exposed skin either. After the last coat of polish, he said 'I'll be right back' and left for a good 10 minutes, only to return smelling like an ashtray. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
