And you have 10 meals to eat all week long- 1 soup and 9 meals. Nothing like working a long day and coming home and have a refrigerator full of food to choose from. And now my husband and I are doing the keto diet with him (keto meals made by Chef Wil) and we have already lost a good amount of weight and body fat in only 10 days. Inside is just a front counter with a microwave on it and the register. To the right of the door are two freezer/coolers that hold all the meals available. On the left they have a bunch of different protein bars. They usually have a wide variety of entrees, a few breakfasts, an overnight oat, and one, maybe two protein desserts. All of their entrees seem to be between 400-500 calories, with anywhere from 30 - 45 grams of protein. I love that every entree is tagged with all that information, plus the expiration date, although I wish that some of the entrees included what exactly was in them. For that, you have to ask the guy working the counter. Four entrees usually cost around $48 with tax. I have tried many different things but so far my favorite has been the tacos and salmon. These are the perfect meal when you don't feel like cooking; each meal heats up in the microwave in about 2 minutes. Make sure you register for their points program - I've already earned $5 off my next visit.

There are about a dozen bar-seats that have backs, which is more relaxing to me. The rest of the room has table seating for around 30. There's two or three 2-seat high-top tables out front. And there's even some outdoor seating for around 20 in a little triangular patio on the side. The decor is casual, with racks of oak barrels in the front, and lots of cool artwork on the walls. There's brewing equipment in the back, and some of the seating is right next to it. And they had an apparently unscheduled improv comedian out on the patio on a friday night (Jan 2026). They were great! And the audience was a good group, too :-) Beverage-wise, and the selection of beers change constantly, so look on the board for the new ones and the ones that are almost gone. We had to get a fun Fra-gee-lay golden lager from the Almost-Gone list. It's a luscious medium-light-flavor beer named for the Major Award in Jean Shepherd's Christmas Story film. We chose a sour, Astral Reign, blueberry with blood orange and some flavor or marshmallow. It was a great taste, plenty of sour balanced with grain, and sweetness smoothed out by light marshmallow. We loved that, so we also got an enormous can of that sour! And someone in our group got a decent red cabernet ... in a brewpub ... sheesh. Well, it tasted better than the house cab at many places! It was busy this Friday evening, with enough seating that we walked right in. This place is easy to get to, in the northeast corner of a strip mall on E. Understanding what needs to be done behind the counter to optimize. Multi tasking. There needs to be a comprehensive manager of proper age or tenure that can guide these kids. It seems every coffee shop struggles with this, which means if they can figure out how to speed up service and optimize wait times and efficiency they will rise above the competition. The girls there were all nice, it's not a personality issue, it's a lack of guidance. The faster you can work out the kinks the faster that line grows out the door.

A Paleo on the Go review since so many of you have mentioned trying this service....just my opinion! Not at ALL impressed. I was SO excited to find this service for my lunches since preparing a healthy meal for 1 can be a challenge. However, the quality is NOT there, especially for the price. This is a picture of chicken nuggets and sweet potato fries for 17.97 cents. This tasted ok (it was the best thing I had so far), but for the price, not at all worth it! I mean 18.00 for 10 LITTLE nuggets and 19 pieces of sweet potato is almost a rip-off. Then there was the flavor of the meals I did try.....I was less than impressed. I had the beef pot pie- which was supposed to be 2 servings for 23.00, and it was ONE small pot pie- the single-sized pot pies you get at the grocery store. It was SO so rich that it was hard to even eat it- I guess bc the potatoes and normal crust were not there to off set that beefy flavor; not sure, but it was like eating thick beef broth with chunks of beef. The Glazed mongolian meatballs were horrible! They tasted like I was eating a salt block- one bite and the whole thing went into the trash. The Turkey pasta literally had a vomit flavor- since I am not keen on eating puke, that went into the trash after 1 bite. I called to try to get any of my money back and explained all the above, and I was refused. So I paid 328.00 dollars for 16 SMALL lunches that so far I have mostly given to my trashcan. The apple cobbler dessert wasn't bad but had sour parts in it- I assume from the cranberries. Overall, they do not stand by their product, and the food portions are way too small for what you are paying. To then pay an extra 9.00 on already overly priced small portions that are not even tasteful "just in case" the box comes with my food defrosted is not really good customer service in my book. Also, when a customer calls and says the food tastes like a salt block and the sodium level in that dish supports that, and you do not offer any kind of financial compensation other than the 15.00 discount I should have gotten for signing up to begin with (one that I was told before I could not get until my 2nd order mind you), then this is not at all standing by your product! This food is basically overpriced shrinkflation that is not at all tasty unless you like to eat salt and puke. Never again, and I would not suggest this company at all! read more

I am currently under physician instructions to lose weight, reduce carbs and sugar intake to avoid developing diabetes. At $8.99 each, the smoothies are made with clean, vegan ingredients, no added sugars, and 100% organic fruit. They're highly filling, delicious, and make a great post-workout drink.
