The fiber for our internet was buried within inches of the edge of our old driveway, but while it did get exposed in the process, even my ISP said "WOW, who is doing this job? Because they are REALLY careful". Add to that there was ZERO mess and everything was perfectly trimmed. Fast forward to this afternoon. They came, about 10 of them, and same thing, there was not a single black footprint, they had mats to protect the sidewalk, cleaned things up, texted early that they were running about an hour behind and the 100+ foot driveway was completely redone. A crew of three arrived to seal our driveway and immediately began edging and blowing debris. While…read moreusing a high powered blower, they knocked over a container of used oil near our garage, getting oil on the corner of our driveway, house, mulch, and lawn. The incident was captured on our security cameras. Accidents happen. What is disappointing isn't the spilled oil, it was how it was handled. The crew left without notifying us or cleaning it up, and we only discovered the damage ourselves. We contacted the company the following day asking what happened and received a reply a couple days later that they were having technical difficulties and could reschedule. Unfortunately, the response did not address what happened or accept responsibility. The lack of communication and accountability is what prompted this review. While the oil container should not have been there, contractors still have a responsibility to inspect the area before operating equipment and to communicate when problems occur. Had someone informed us, cleaned up the mess, and either completed or rescheduled the job with communication, I would not be writing this review. I originally posted a review on Google to share my experience. For reasons unknown to me, the review is not publicly visible, so I am sharing it here as well.

After a late start, the job took two and half weeks to complete. He was very dodgy and wouldn't give me a straight answer. Finally, after the job was complete, he came by and stated that the final price for the work was $7100.
