If they told us "Hey, we're backed up a bit so it'll take about 10-15 minutes or a bit more to get your ice cream out" I would have been a bit more understanding...but we received no update while the customers before us finished their ice cream and left. Not returning any time in the near future and let this review be your warning. Great concept but the execution has left much to be desired.
