It was very busy, which I completely understand, but the woman taking my to-go order was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Being busy is understandable, but it shouldn't affect how customers are spoken to or treated. The person taking orders is often the first interaction a customer has, and that experience matters. A little patience, professionalism, and courtesy goes a long way, even during a rush. I enjoy coming to Aioli, which is why I hope management takes this feedback constructively and is more mindful of who is interacting with customers at the counter.

My husband got the elephant's ear, which he said was light and flaky. We each got bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, mine on a fabulous, sweet, and large croissant. Oh, so good! The egg was thin and folded, just enough crispy bacon, and a slice of white American cheese. I was a big fan of this sandwich! My husband had his on Cuban bread, and the sandwich was grilled.
