I've recently been visiting Aioli more often and have generally enjoyed my experiences, but unfortunately my visit this past Saturday left a bad taste. It was very busy, which I completely understand, but the woman taking my to-go order was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Being busy is understandable, but it shouldn't affect how customers are spoken to or treated. The person taking orders is often the first interaction a customer has, and that experience matters. A little patience, professionalism, and courtesy goes a long way, even during a rush. I enjoy coming to Aioli, which is why I hope management takes this feedback constructively and is more mindful of who is interacting with customers at the counter. read more

Loved this spot! Came after my best friend recommended it and it did not disappoint. It's not surprising they're on the Michelin guide! They have a wide selection of pastries, that all looked delicious. We got 2 of their spinach feta pastries and they were seriously a 10/10, perfectly flaky and soft in the right sports, the filling was beyond. I only wish they had a way to warm them up :( But regardless, delicious! I also got their BEC on a biscuit and it was amazing, the biscuit was outstanding. Service was quick and easy, everyone was very nice. There are a lot of tables and seating, and although busy, everything moves pretty quickly. Aioli never disappoints! We've been coming to Aioli for a while now, and we always thoroughly enjoy whatever we order. We started off by ordering some pastries to bring home to the family, including the carrot cake croissant, lavender cardamom bun, almond cookie, and bacon chocolate chip cookie. My favorite is definitely the carrot cake croissant. It's so good and has the perfect amount of sweetness. I also ordered an orange blossom latte with regular milk. I love all of the different specials they have, and there's always something new and exciting to try. We ordered two entrees to split, starting with the daily special salad. It came with arugula, tomatoes, quinoa, watermelon radish, ricotta salata, pickled cauliflower, and a citrus vinaigrette. OMG, the salad was everything I needed and more! The dressing was so good, and every ingredient worked perfectly together. However, my favorite part of the salad was definitely the pickled cauliflower... YUM! We also ordered one of our classic favorites from Aioli, the turkey & Brie. It comes on walnut sourdough with turkey, Brie, arugula, and cranberry aioli. We always ask for extra aioli on the side because it's so good. The sandwich is definitely enough for two people to share since it comes as two mini sandwiches, both toasted to perfection. We got the black bean orzo as our side, which was good, but definitely wasn't the highlight compared to everything else we ordered. Overall, Aioli continues to be one of our favorite spots in West Palm Beach. Everything is consistently delicious, and the menu always gives us something new to look forward to. I came in on a Saturday morning. It was (not surprisingly) busy at 7am, but the line moved quickly and the servers were incredibly helpful in selecting goodies from the bakery case. I got a box of 6 pastries for the family. When I tell you everything is made from scratch and your taste buds can tell, I mean it. Here's the lineup: passion fruit kouign-amann - give her the 10s. This was hands down the best pastry we got. It has a nice caramelized crust (like a croissant) that balances the passion fruit filling's slight tartness. Seriously, try it. orange olive oil cake (loaf) - ok, the candied orange on top is DELISH. The loaf is moist, not too sweet, and the orange zest really gives it a flavor close to a loaf I had in Santorini! Vanilla bean custard: tastes like a pastel de nata- an excellent one at that. This filling is silky, creamy, and dreamy custard. Carrot cake croissant: this is like taking a bite into the fall season. Great croissant, and the filling is literal carrot cake with cream cheese icing. The spice profile is so warm and cozy. Raspberry hibiscus vegan bundt - I loved that you could really taste the floral note with the raspberry. I can't believe it's vegan! It is just as soft as the olive oil cake. Raspberry cheesecake danish: It's good. The raspberry jam is clearly made fresh (peep the seeds in it), cream cheese layer pairs well with the jam. But it falls short relative to the other pastries in the box. read more

Wow is this place a popular spot! We arrived at 11:25 am and the parking lot was already full from Aioli customers eating lunch. They really are on point with their bakery items, amazing breads that make their sandwiches top drawer, and their various salads. My friend and I both ordered a half sandwich, half salad option. I had hot roast beef and cheese on ciabatta with the arugula artichoke salad, and she had chicken salad on rye sourdough with a pear and walnut salad. Yum! I also got an almond cookie that was wrapped tightly by the cash register, begging to be added to the purchase. Good stuff, and the music choice is SO up my alley. I found this place by accident not knowing how popular, or how good it is. I just had a biz lunch with somebody and the food was great. I had a cold roast beef sandwich with horse radish sauce. My friend had the turkey sandwich which she loved. Apparently she is a regular. She rarely finishes the sandwich so she took the other half home for dinner. A friend wanted to treat me to lunch for doing her a favor so I suggested this spot since it had been a while. We parked on the side street as this lot can be quite hectic. The line was so long we couldn't even get in the door when we arrived. It's always worth the wait. While standing in line we spied a flourless chocolate cake so we decided to get that to go. For my lunch I stuck with my old faithful turkey & Brie with potato salad and a blueberry mint lemonade. We nabbed the first table we saw and awaited the delicious food. I forgot how big the sandwich portions were. Next time I will get 1/2 a sandwich with a salad or soup and with extra Brie. The cake was delightfully rich down to the last bite. I absolutely loved this restaurant. First of all, it was extremely busy which is such a good sign. We got the guava and cheese pastry and it was deliciousssss. I am literally dreaming about this pastry. very light and delicate so fluffy and soft. We sat outside with our pup and enjoyed two lattes, one plain which was excellent. The coffee tasted very high quality. The other was a dark chocolate mocha latte which honestly didn't taste like coffee as expected lol but it was so good, and honestly didn't taste overly sweet. Lastly, we had a seasonal breakfast burrito which was super good. The tortilla was perfect and warm. Great find for lunch when we were passing thru West Palm Beach for the day. As soon as we walked in, the smell of fresh baked goods was overwhelming. Everything looked and smelled so good that it took us a while to figure out what to order. Both sandwiches (chicken salad sandwich and the daily special) were great but way too much food. We both ate half and could easily have shared one sandwich. The leftovers became a midnight snack for my husband and breakfast for me. Aioli was very crowded but we were able to find a table after ordering our food and they deliver to your table. It's located in an unassuming strip mall but don't be fooled, this is clearly a locals favorite. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area. It was yummy. read more

I came for a quick breakfast in between clients while in the area. I got the toast with butter and jam. And they did not have a side of eggs it was a frittata piece, which they did tell me when i ordered. The toast was extremely toasted. Almost like a crouton toast. I tried to eat it but it was just way too crunchy for toast. So I asked the girl who was very nice if I could get another piece not so toasted and she said it always comes out this toasted. So she offered to give me untoasted plain bread. So that's what I ended up doing. I probably would have been better off getting one of the sandwiches. The Latte was good but I feel like there was just too much lavender syrup in there and it was almost too sweet. There is parking in this parking lot but it tends to get full. read more

We ordered: - Guava and Cheese Croissant 5/5: great balance of sweet and mild cheese - Earl Gray Croissant 5/5: for those who like a mild sweetness and tea flavor - Cinnamon Bun 5/5: soft, nice glazing proportion - Cinnamon Donut 4/5: very good but on the sweeter side. The cream filling was nice! Not quite a donut texture. For savory, we ordered Breakfast Special Sandwich and a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuit. You can tell the ingredients are very fresh. They have this fluffy egg that reminds me of Japanese eggs that made a potentially heavy sandwich feel lighter. The grapes they included on the side were a nice touch. The coffee was also solid. Overall we spent $60. Feels worth it for the quality. First time we came, we got there at 10:30am and the line was out the door. I don't know what possessed me to wait so long to try Aioli, but I waited too long. Let me start by saying that everyone who works at this place is incredibly friendly. It feels like a family environment. That might be the best part. But the other best part is the food. Naturally. I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I can confidently say it's one of the top 3 best biscuits I've had in my life. And I'm not sure I could rank it at 3 or 2. I ate every crumb. Even the two random grapes. I hear this is one of the restaurant's signature items and it's easy to see why. We also got the turkey Brie sandwich that was equally incredible. I intended to save half for later but when I looked down it was all gone. So...maybe next time. All of this was paired perfectly with a top-notch latte. Will be eating the baked goods later but my powers of prognostication are telling me that they're going to slap. Can't wait to try some other offerings. Wish I had found this place sooner. Its got a great vibe/ energy and is run so well. Organized & fast but still has a welcoming & accommodating staff. I had a cobb salad, added grilled chicken- literally chunks of tender white chicken, not one bit of gristle. Gorganzola cheese, just enough to accent the flavor, real crispy bacon & a tasty mix of greens. Hubby got the turkey brie sandwich w fresh veggies on the side. Our friend got a sandwich ( I forget the name of it, pic included). All 3 of us were full & satisfied. Our whole experience was a fever dream. I've been wanting to come to this place for years but never made the trip. This morning I decided to try it with my family... I deeply regret coming here. The staff immediately was hostile and rude to our whole party. I politely asked if it was possible to change the meat on one of their breakfast sandwiches, the one woman loudly and condescending said "WE DO NOT DO MODIFICATIONS UNFORTUNATELYYYYY" okay, I've worked in F&B that's understandable. But there's no reason to be rude to customers. After she asked me again what I wanted, I ordered something else on the menu to which she loudly yelled at me "YOU CANT ORDER FOOD HERE YOU NEED TO ORDER AT THE COUNTER", again that's fine but then why did you just ask me for my order?!?! You could have politely said that you're only taking pastry orders.... I then walked to the register to order and I asked a second woman if they had any SF syrups for their coffees, she then rudely told me "we make all of our syrups in house", like okay that doesn't answer my question lol. Then I asked if they had another menu to look at by the register because their menu on the wall was on the other side of the restaurant. She then said "no, but you can look at our menu back there". Everything is so good here. You really can't go wrong. The sandwiches, the soups, the salads, etc. They even have a half-and-half combo. One of the things that they really do well is the take-home meal. One of my favorites is the vegetable lasagna if you see it on the daily special get it. It's usually pretty busy in there around lunchtime, but the service is pretty quick. You seat yourself. and wait for your order. If you haven't been here yet, you should really check it out soon. When I'm away from west palm I always find myself craving aioli! The food here is so fresh and delicious, from the desserts to the actual food items! My favorite things I've had so far are the club sandwich and the variety of different sweet treats they offer like the carrot cake, croissants, and cinnamon rolls. Very friendly through the ordering process. I went later in the day so they had ran out of regular sourdough bread for the sandwich. Luckily I got to try the sourdough seed... which was amazing and perfectly toasted!!! So much turkey on it, well worth every penny! The orzo was also delicious. This place was surprisingly amazing. I forgot to take a picture but their orange olive oil cake was the best orange cake I had so far! Chicken salad sandwich was so refreshing with grapes and very tasty bread. I usually don't like chicken salad sandwiches but this one was special. I tasted the eggplant sandwich as well and that one was even better, I usually eat sandwiches with chicken, ham or steak and this eggplant sandwich was surprisingly delicious. I went here twice during my week in west palm. You order at the register and then they'll bring your food to you. You need to know what you plan on ordering at the register because there's no view of the menu when you get to the register; so I changed my mind on a coffee because I couldn't recall what was on the menu. For the lunch rush, I got the hot roast beef sandwich with a side of potato salad. While the sandwich was great, the potato salad I was disappointed with. It was a puréed texture and it was only about 2 tablespoons worth so it was hard to really appreciate it at all, if they'd giving you a little bit more you could have taken 3 bites instead of 2. Then I went back right before closing a few days later for dessert, it was much slower at this time and I got chocolate cream pie, candied bacon and then someone else was ordering their everything croissant and raving about it, so I got one of those too. The pie needed a cookie crust of some sort over a traditional pie crust. But, the candied bacon and everything croissant were really good, great texture and flavor. I also tried their seasonal latte and it was good. The people at the register and the people that bring your food over could maybe been friendlier or could at least smile, especially the woman that brought over our food the first time she didn't say anything when she put it down and just walked away. I ordered a guava and cheese pastry which the filling was pretty good but the pastry tasted old and was chewy...I also ordered an Italian sandwich which the bread was good but that's all I could taste due to the lack of meat and flavor elsewhere. It's the first Italian sandwich I've had that doesn't come with cheese. The sandwich just tasted like bread and tomatoes which for the price is absurd. I just got back from San Sebastián so I tried their burnt basque cheesecake and it was just burnt cheesecake...wasn't soft and creamy like basque cheesecake at all.
