Received a trap that doesn't work and never received an estimate. I called repeatedly and received a computer generated voicemail that someone would be out. Day 1: a raccoon was caught. We called the office at 7:55AM and reported it on a voicemail. Returned home at 9PM and the raccoon was still in the trap. We released it ourselves. It had bloody paws and a baby raccoon near by. Day 2: called during business hours for an explanation and was told someone would be out, nothing more. Day 3: a technician came out, re-set the trap with marshmallows??? Day 4: something went inside ate the marshmallows, defecated and left. Day 7: Open trap, no bait and no estimate to fill holes.

She arrived right on time the next time, too! She was super thorough, walked through and examined all areas of our basement + main floor where I was seeing the ants. Paige was super friendly and informative, and fast! The inside took maybe 15 minutes, and she went outside to finish the job. She sprayed everywhere and saturated all areas to prevent future bugs. We were concerned about the chemicals with our pest and she informed us of all safety precautions. Within a half hour, she was done! Super nice, awesome service. We have tried all sorts of solutions for mosquitos from citronella candles to tiki torches, and nothing worked as well as this fogger. When mosquitos become a bother I turn that thing on and within about 10 minutes the mosquitos disappear. It seems to have a pretty good range (I think the manufacturer claims 2000 sq. ft.), and the fogging solution he gave me is all natural/organic, which makes me more comfortable having it turned on around my kids.
