I was excited to bring my boat home but to my surprise when I arrived home I noticed that my new trailer had a flat tire. I immediately contacted Boathouse Discount Marine to let them know what happened and without delay they took charge to resolve the problem. My hubs is definitely pleased. Seems to be a lot of employees walking around but none seem to be engaging with the customers. I walked around the apparel section many times. Saw employees. They were talking amongst each other. But no one to say hello or asked if i needed anything. Ended up finding my own sizes and going to ask for price checks on my own. A few clothing items were misplaces even though that SAME selectin was all on one arm with the sign displaying, but the cashier wouldnt honor it even though I showed her the picture. I wasn't going to fuss with her, I ended up not purchasing it. Do better! This location we may not frequent but might try another location and hope to have better service and luck.

Said no thanks, picked up my boat, bought the parts retail and did it myself for less $300, in less than an hour. Would have cost me over $1,200 there. And sloooowwwww, lucky if they touch your boat in a week, even just for a quote and you won't get pricing in writing for repairs. Go look at the reviews from the Fort Pierce store they closed and see the owners answers to reviews and then ask yourself if that's the type of person you want to deal with.
