As I used this guy about 7 weeks ago, I've already forgotten his name, but he's the owner and the wizard, and he couldn't be nicer. His wife schedules the appointments and was also very accommodating. On his first visit, he took apart the door panels and cleaned both switches, and then replaced one. He did mention that if the motor was at fault, it would turn into a bigger deal (expense and ordering a part), but he got it to work. A few days later, my window stuck again. He came back free of charge and brought his daughter, also in the trade. They got the window working. Again, very pleasant people.

Napleton charged me $168 for the diagnostics and told me the issue was a window regulator and the cost to repair the problem would be $1,000.00 +. I called Eric at Power Window Wizzard and he came out to provide me a free estimate. He said the problem was the deterioration of the window's seal and sprayed glass cleaner and silicone on the rubber seal. Bottom line is window works fine now and he didn't even charge me money!!!
