Whoever owns this company should be completely embarassed by his customer service team as well as service technicians. If you can even call them that. The team showed up at my condo this a.m. only five minutes before their two hour window closed. I had a pin prick size nick in my windshield. Over an hour later, the person who was sent ot fix my tiny glass crack, I revceive a call, however he speaks no English. All I can understand him say is tomorrow. I go downstairs and confront him about why tomorrow after an hour here? And then I look at my glass and the pin prick size nick in the glass has spread and is now a semi-circle with multiple layers of riples. I call the company and they interrupt me and all they can say is: "you have to replace your glass. It is not our responsibility if things go wrong." Chris who answers the phois nice enough on the front end when scheduling, but he takes absolutely no accountability. And the other Mexican man working there (name unknown) was down right rude, dismissive, laughed while talking to me and was talking to other people in the background while on the phonewith me. Longe story short, Charlie's Auto Glass showed up to fix a pin prick size nick in my window and left me with a huge shattered crack for which I now am going to have to replace an entire windshield. THere is a reason why your dealerships and other providers DO NOT refer Charlie's. They may schedule you quickly, but beware!!!!! The technician spoke absolutely ZERO English. He called his shop after I came down. Without saying a word or even trying to put me on the phone with an English peaking representatie, he got into the company van, windows up and drove away. That was it. This company came, they created problems, they left, and they take no responsibility. If I were in a third world country I would expect this kind of "don't care...not my problm " attitude. But we are in the United States of America. A friend of mine suggested Charlie's Auto Glass Installation when my vehicle was burglarized. Nothing like waking up to a shattered window from some dumb criminal breaking into your car to find nothing of value... I digress. An extremely popular and common glass repair company utilized by my insurance is who crash wrapped my window (this is really a thing and far more glamorous than the black trash bag). Additionally, they provided me with a quote to replace the rear passenger window and it seemed like an obscene amount. I discussed with a friend of mine who's son shared the same unfortunate experience. In doing so, she mentioned Charlie's is affordable, reliable and performs excellent work. Needless to say, I called them and she was spot on! The representative I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. She provided me with a much friendlier quote (about 1/2 the price of the competitor) and also stated they could repair as early as 11AM that same day. I was elated! I showed up shortly after 11AM and was in their waiting room until about 1:45-2PM. The waiting room offers ample comfortable seating and a coffee station; therefore, working remotely is feasible. I assume I was there a longer period of time due to the lunch hour. Nonetheless, I was thrilled to have relinquished the crash wrap and be driving with all my windows again. Not to mention, the price was less painless than the competitor so it made it an easier pill to swallow. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This place is awesome! I showed up super early on a Friday (they open at 7:30) and hung out until I saw staff show up. A gentleman appeared a little before 7:30, and said he would be right with me. 5 minutes later he asked me to come inside. My window was stuck down. The mechanic took a look and said it was the regulator. Got right back to me and said they could have it delivered by a local parts store by 10:30 and installed by 11:30am. Awesome. I was going to Uber to work but they offered to drive me. Even MORE awesome. Work was done and I got a call by 10:50 am. Ubered back at 2pm and car was ready and waiting. Only $225. Now I don't know how much a regular costs for a power window but I'm pretty sure that with labor is a pretty good deal. They treat their costumers with respect. They are efficient. The price is fair. My fiat sat in its own private waiting room until I arrived. Love this place. Seriously, don't go anywhere else for car window repair. They even make house calls. read more

Very disappointed in this facility. The tech who installed my glass was a good guy, he meant well but if they weren't able to put it on correctly, I would've appreciated my money back and a phone call. My regret is going to them and paying cash before it was fine but at the time, I thought that paying them in cash and before it was done would guarantee a flawless job. Boy, was I wrong. There's wind noise after the installation, immense amounts of silicone used under the windshield and silicone used on my cowls when that's not necessary as well. Maybe they broke a push pin or something but call me to let me know. I called them a day or two after it was done as it was the holidays and a weekend and gave them a chance to correct it before I reviewed them but the owner wanted to take no responsibility for it as if it was me who did the job. They disregarded the wind noise and he belittled and insulted the tech in front of every customer that morning. That's very unprofessional and speaks volumes. I wasted gas and my time in doing so. Please do not come here unless you want a botched job and left looking for a better quality installation at other places. I went early Saturday morning before opening to Charlie's Auto Glass Installers to get my front door motor for the power window installed. I had a nice drive up to Lake Worth, FL where they are located. Mr. John greeted me when I got there. I explained my window got stuck down so I forced it up and it can down again, Honestly I thought the window broke as well as it came down, I knew I would have to get the power window motor and window installed together so money was not a problem. I was ready to make the purchase but Mr. John assured me that the window would be ok, that it the motor. So they installed it and I was so relieved to have my window back on after about 3 wks with a clear plastic wrapped around the door to keep it from getting wet but the noise driving, I sure don't miss it! They are amazing ppl that care about their customers being satisfied. The installed a new power window motor and I got a year warranty which is great. I got a great deal and it a first serve, first come service. Oscar Calero is the owner and very friendly staff they have. I also had my wiper blades installed as well because they sell them there. Long story short.. upon scheduling my service call for 2 windshield replacements they did not advise of the different types of tint on windshields. Upon arrival they removed my old windshield and fortunately I went outside to check their progress because the new windshield had the tint across the top (not original to a 1979 ford F250) AND they were installing the 35 year old gasket on the new windshield. Never mind the fact that pieces of that gasket were still stuck to the windshield frame on the truck of which they had not cleaned nor taken any of the debris out of the bottom channel. When calling the office they stated a clear window was not available. It is a fact IT IS available and ordered it myself after the fiasco with the sales guy. They left me with no windshield in my truck and when asked if they were going to do the other truck they stated they had to do both jobs at once therefore not completing any of the work hired to do. read more
