I was very satisfied with the service I received when my car window was stuck wide open, even though it turned out I could have had the Nissan dealer do it for free (warranty) and not spent $175 on the Wizard, but that's my (stupid) fault. As I used this guy about 7 weeks ago, I've already forgotten his name, but he's the owner and the wizard, and he couldn't be nicer. His wife schedules the appointments and was also very accommodating. On his first visit, he took apart the door panels and cleaned both switches, and then replaced one. He did mention that if the motor was at fault, it would turn into a bigger deal (expense and ordering a part), but he got it to work. A few days later, my window stuck again. He came back free of charge and brought his daughter, also in the trade. They got the window working. Again, very pleasant people. read more

My drivers side window on my RAM 1500 vibrated when lowered. I took it to Napleton's where I purchased the vehicle for an estimate. Napleton charged me $168 for the diagnostics and told me the issue was a window regulator and the cost to repair the problem would be $1,000.00 +. I called Eric at Power Window Wizzard and he came out to provide me a free estimate. He said the problem was the deterioration of the window's seal and sprayed glass cleaner and silicone on the rubber seal. Bottom line is window works fine now and he didn't even charge me money!!! Never a good time for a car power window to get stuck open especially on a day when it's hot, humid and thunderstormy. Oh yea, that's everyday. Unless your car is still under a manufacturer's full warranty the last place you want to be is at a new car dealer. With the difference you'll save take your significant other to the Capital Grille for dinner. I called in the late afternoon and by 1PM the next day Eric from Power Wizard was working on my car, at my home. In a half hour the problem was solved. If I could rate this company 10 stars I would. Laura in the office was amazing! Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Eric arrived right on time, along with a phone call 30 mins in advance. After my power window failed on my 2015 Chrysler Town & Country I started looking for a repair shop. First checked with dealerships & then the local repair shops. As it was a Sunday, many were closed and the few that claimed to be open were not answering. I started another search by customer complaints with repair / installers to see if there were any services that got some good reports & up popped Power Window Wizards with 48 happy customers, so I gave them a call. The phone was immediately picked up ( Sunday) by Laura a very pleasant & knowledgeable rep who offered to schedule a tech to come to me and do the repair. I was more than happy to have it done. The tech, a really nice guy named Erick arrived on time and had the job done in less than an hour & the repair was perfect & at a very reasonable price! Called them to fix window motor . Eric came out to replace my window motor only he just rebuilt it. Charged me 175.00. Told me he forgot replacement. Motor broke next day. Call them about warranty. They made appointment. Never showed . I called 5 times got hung up on by wife . Bottom line they never responded Ripped me off. Had to go some where else . This company ripped me off. Power Window Wizard did not fix my car door handle correctly and did not honor the guarantee to repair the car door handle correctly and professionally. The owner of Power Window Wizard came to fix my car door handle in December 2019. The next day, I noticed that my Toyota Camry's door handle was still broken and I could not open my car door. I paid Power Window Wizard $150 to fix my car door handle and they have a money back guarantee or a guarantee to fix the problem if it wasn't fully repaired. I called Power Window Wizard to let them know about the bad job and the owner said he would come to my home and fix it on New Years Day 2020. That day came and went without any notification or contact from Power Window Wizard. I called several times and left a message and still no response. I kept trying to contact the company and I never got a hold of anybody at all and my phone call waa never returned. My wife decided to see if they would answer her call from her phone number, a different number than mine. She called on Tuesday, January 14 in the evening and got ahold of the owner's wife. My wife then explained to her that her husband (the owner of Power Window Wizard) has been evading our call and trying to get out of fixing the problem that he never truly fixed, but yet happily took our $150. She apologized for the unprofessionalism on their part and said she would call back with more information. She did call me back about 10 minutes later and said her husband can pass by January 15th 2020 to finally fix our car door handle. January 15th came and went with no one showing up to so the repair. I called and my wife called and we both left messages but never received a call back. Actually, we never received any communication from them til this present day. It looks like omce they recognized our two phone numbers, they had us blacklisted and were ignoring our calls. Several days later my wife decided to call them non stop on a Saturday, which we all know is a busy day for someone in this business. She honestly called about 100 plus times and her call kept getting rejected or they just wouldn't pick up. She then texted Power Window Wizard and let them know that they are thieves who steal people's money and that she is going to report them to the better business Bureau. She then received a text several minutes later with more excuses. This is what the text said "No I've been in Hialeah with mom. I will be in Boca Monday morning. I am truly sorry. I haven't been working. Please accept my apology. I can make it right. If you allow me to. " Needless to say, this company never made it right. They dissapeared once and for all. It is apparent that they do not want to come out and fix our car and now we have a family car that has a door handle that cannot be opened from the outside. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG!!!! I have a 2009 VW New Beetle Convertible that has not been used much and I was getting ready to sell it. It went to get photos and the back windows were making noises and were not going up and down correctly. I did some research and found this company...thought would be convenient to have done at my house so called. When Eric and his daughter got to my house Eric asked me to put down the convertible top to insure it worked correctly...he stated he always does this and it worked fine. They took out the back seat and panels to get at what they needed to and found he needed to do more work and it would cost additional $600. I said fine...he had to order parts so it was completed by Eric alone 2 days later. Windows worked fine CONVERTIBLE TOP WOULD NOT GO UP....the top that worked fine when he started to work on the car. He tried to get it to work and couldn't for a couple hours. He then said it must need a computer reset and I would have to take to a dealer that had the computer to run the diagnostic. I found how to do a manual release of the top to get it up online and he then gave me a bill for $1016.50 and left. I then took my car for diagnostic, it wasn't a reset needed. They ended up having to take everything apart again and found a switch to the top was dislodged....it wasn't when Eric started working on the car. It cost me $417 to fix his mistake. I sent him the invoice with full explanation from the garage of step by step what they did and why. I have asked him 3 time what he is going to do to make this good because I should not have to pay for this and he won't respond to that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG HE LEAVES YOU HANGING AND HIS WIFE WAS RUDE TO ME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. i so upset by how this nightmare was handled I am taking them to small claims court. read more

WORST COMPANY OUT THERE! i have a repair shop and use these guys for window repair on expensive and unavailable window regulators, Eric had to come back and repair his work twice on every job he did for me. He wouldn't show up at the time he said he would and not even a return phone call. The last window repair was redone 3 times and I finally had to buy the customer a new window regulator and repair it myself. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! Eric came to my house to replace 2 window actuators before doing that he serviced both motors and repaired a switch at no extra charge he's extremely knowledgeable and professional did a great job for slot less than dealership and 1 year warranty on parts and labor dealer is only 90 days. read more
