The team showed up at my condo this a.m. only five minutes before their two hour window closed. I had a pin prick size nick in my windshield. Over an hour later, the person who was sent ot fix my tiny glass crack, I revceive a call, however he speaks no English. All I can understand him say is tomorrow. I go downstairs and confront him about why tomorrow after an hour here? And then I look at my glass and the pin prick size nick in the glass has spread and is now a semi-circle with multiple layers of riples. I call the company and they interrupt me and all they can say is: "you have to replace your glass. It is not our responsibility if things go wrong." Chris who answers the phois nice enough on the front end when scheduling, but he takes absolutely no accountability. And the other Mexican man working there (name unknown) was down right rude, dismissive, laughed while talking to me and was talking to other people in the background while on the phonewith me. Longe story short, Charlie's Auto Glass showed up to fix a pin prick size nick in my window and left me with a huge shattered crack for which I now am going to have to replace an entire windshield. THere is a reason why your dealerships and other providers DO NOT refer Charlie's. They may schedule you quickly, but beware!!!!! The technician spoke absolutely ZERO English. He called his shop after I came down. Without saying a word or even trying to put me on the phone with an English peaking representatie, he got into the company van, windows up and drove away. That was it. This company came, they created problems, they left, and they take no responsibility. If I were in a third world country I would expect this kind of "don't care...not my problm " attitude. But we are in the United States of America. They wasted my TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called number on yelp for a quote. No one answered. A few seconds later I get a North Miami call. I…read moredon't pick up. The number calls again, I answer. His first words, "you called for a quote" ?!? I give him the needed information - he quotes me under $100 cheaper than Safelite I set the appointment for the following day. Appointment was anywhere from 10am - 1pm :-/ but I'm assured it most likely will be close to 11am. At 11:29a I get the call that technicians would be at home within 15 minutes. I leave the gym but get stuck behind a funeral procession. At 11:40a I get a call saying technicians are at the home and need keys I was around the corner so he was telling the truth. I hand them the keys then call in to pay over the phone. Though paying in cash was an option (that I never take if I can help it). I went about doing errands they gave me keys back and continued to work. When I remember to check on them, just after noon, they're gone. Window has been replaced and no signs of broken glass. Efficient! As for all the names - no clue? Very disappointing experience with Safelite…read more Safelite installed/repaired glass on my vehicle, and during the installation the rear-view mirror came off. I then had multiple follow-up appointments where the issue was still not properly fixed. One technician came out without the replacement glass and only re-glued the mirror, even though the repair did not appear sufficient. The mirror failed again the same day. Another technician came out and again did not have the replacement glass needed to complete the repair. A later appointment was scheduled, but the technician never showed up. After speaking with a supervisor and giving Safelite another opportunity to correct the problem, Safelite refused to complete the repair. At this point, I have been left with a defective repair, wasted appointments, and additional expenses. I expected Safelite to stand behind its work and warranty, but that has not been my experience.

He said he would try to get someone out the next day even though they don't normally work Sundays. He called in the morning and said they could come out, which they did.
