In a short time, they responded back to me, started the dialogue, and told me what the issue would be. He broke it down in simple and easy steps. When I followed it, it was exactly what he said it would be, a bad screen. Based on that, I told him to order me a screen. When the screen came in, I was called by the technician. At the store, the tech greeted me, told me he would have the computer fixed the following day. Which is exactly what he did do. Overall I am impressed by the business and the willingness to diagnose an issue without me even giving them a cent. They were fast, gave me a warranty, and I will certainly use them in the future if the need ever arises.
