I can't comment on all the other reviews here but they said they would come in 45 minutes and they did. The dispatcher was polite and helpful and the person who arrived was knowledgeable and able to at least get the car in drivable condition so it didn't have to be towed, we were able to drive it to the dealer ourselves. While parked at work next to my se4vice department at a car dealership, a tow truck driver from PALM BEACH FINEST (WORSE), is viewed on our security cameras making a turn to drop off another vehicle through Roadside Assistance and hits my truck with the tow truck taking all the front bumper trim pieces off, pushing in my metal bumper and bending it, hitting my headlamp that now has a hole in it, then taking his flatbed truck and dropping a customers car, then driving off with not a care in the world. I tried for 5 days to contact the owner Yovani of Palm Beach (WORSE) Towing but he's too busy to care. My place of employment even sent emails that were ignored with the video attached. This happened 5/4 and as of yet still nothing. Never try to do the right thing by giving someone the benefit of the doubt and being nice by not calling the police because they just laugh and think they got away with it. I have my before pictures of my little truck and the work of art they did to my truck, oh and the video also! So as it sits, I cannot afford the expense on my own to fix my truck, that big company of crooks are laughing and has more excuses than the book of excuses, and if I go through my insurance company now at no fault of my own my rates go up, I have a $500 deductible I cannot come up with and I do not have any other vehicle to drive 10 miles to work. What is wrong with People? So I have a front end smashed truck while they go on with their daily business as the owner wears all his New York Paraphernalia with gold rings, ha, he's not a true New Yorker, People from New York take care of people. Called my roadside assistance today to secure a towing company to tow my car to the dealership since it won't start; this woman called me to confirm my address she never gave me her name...she was loud and obnoxious..I asked her if I could ride with my mask on with my car..she went postal on me with her big mouth shouting covid, I said that's ridiculous and that is my opinion which I'm entitled to..when I asked for the manager she put me on perpetual hold! If I could assign a rating lower than one star, I would. Here's what happened: A dealership enlisted a towing service to remove an inoperable vehicle late in the evening. Due to the size of the flatbed truck dispatched, the driver couldn't access our driveway and instead attempted to use our neighbor's space across the street. The maneuvering took about 30 minutes, during which the truck left tire and oil stains everywhere. When we contacted the company the next morning to discuss the issue, the response was far from professional. The manager (Giovanni) rudely dismissed our concerns, accused us of seeking a payout, and ended the call abruptly by stating that there was nothing I could do to hold them liable. Where do I start I requested a tow @10:30! Was told it would be 1 and 1/2 hour wait and that I would be updated. I was never updated and 1:00pm came no tow truck. I then was told the truck was in route (this cost $185.00), I spoke to a representative who was yelling at me, apparently the driver speaks no English and the rep made that very clear and transferred me to the tow guy who didn't answer. I'm beyond frustrated and informed the rep I spoke to the driver in ENGLISH and the rep continued to tell me he spoke English. Remind you he's still yelling. I check the app to track the car, it says the car is still in palm beach 60 miles away. It's now 4:30pm and the rep told me the truck is 20 minutes from my drop off location. I had a tow requested by my warranty and was told I needed a receipt from Palm Beach finest (nightmare) tow. When I called the man quickly escalated to screaming at me saying I couldn't buy something at Walmart and return it to Target. I hung up and he called me back from a private number and left a message on my phone saying "my mother was a moron (she died in June) and my family were all retodded(retarded). I plan on filing a complaint to all Florida licencing. It's unnerving that a business calls back to harass a customer and has all my information. There are many terrible reviews on the staff you are relying on to get you out of an already bad situation. Their FB page also shows a lot of terrible interactions with staff. The dispatcher was courteous. They towed my car on Dec 14th. I did have to wait for a while because they were busy. The tow truck driver, unfortunately I didn't get his name. His cell was from Oregon. I want to be sure he gets credit for exemplary service. He was really nice, went out of his way to help me out. He wasn't your normal tow truck man. THE WORST customer service I have ever witnessed . I call triple a to have my car towed on a Monday morning at 10 am. We are told a driver is on the way with no estimated time of arrival . They NEVER showed up that day and I was unable to get my car towed. Now it is an entire day later...(not like I need my vehicle or anything) we get an estimated time of arrival of 9:48am. Fine .. 10:30 comes around . And it says the tow truck has arrived ..STILL NOT HERE.... 11:20 rolls around.. the driver put in the wrong address which is 5 mins across the street from the actual address that was correct on the ETA map . And immediately the driver has attitude and won't even agree to meet at the right address. I HAD TO START THE ENTIRE PROCESS AGAIN. I usually do not like to take the time and write negative reviews but since their customer service was the elite of GARBAGE service I have ever dealt with and I have the time while I wait for a better towing company; figured what the hell! The lady/dispatcher that answers the calls is far from polite. In times like these most are on edge already but she could care less and shows it with her arrogant tone. AAA has free towing when you are under 5 miles, so my destination of 1.5 miles should be FREE. She stated I need to.pay the tow truck driver $12 bucks or she will cancel my tow. So I agreed to pay and said I'll take it up with AAA and ended the call. She cancelled anyway and then called me back to scream some more. I told her I am calling AAA to put in a complaint since she decided to cancel the tow on her own and state that they are charging for false charges. We had a problem with our rental from Budget and Palm Beach Finest Towing was chosen to deliver a replacement car. In short, they were completely unreliable and didn't keep any of their appointments. We were originally promised a delivery time of 11am, but they failed to show. When I called, they said there were other cars they were working on and that the driver would only arrive at 230pm. We agreed and decided to kill some time. Unfortunately, 230pm came and went and they didn't bother to show. After speaking to Budget about the delay, I got a text from Palm Beach Finest saying they'd updated their ETA to 345pm. No apology given. We didn't like it, but decided to wait it out. Truth is, we didn't have many options other than to wait, since they were the company Budget contracted to bring us our new vehicle. Well, 345pm also came and went and still no replacement car. When I called up at close to 4pm (after having waited nearly 5 hours) Palm Beach Finest casually told me they were clearing a big accident and would be there soon. I asked them for 1 small thing; to give me a 15 minute heads up before the driver would arrive. They agreed. Unfortunately, just a short time laterm I got a text saying they had canceled the service call altogether. They didn't even bother to let me know why! So here's zero stars for Palm Beach Finest Towing, a roadside assistance company that leaves its customers stranded with disabled vehicles for hours on end. March 12, 2021 I needed a tow from restaurant I was at. Called State Farm to get emergency tow. Their outsourced company that orders towing scheduled with Palm Beach Finest. PB Finest called me at 2:38pm and told me it will be between 15 & 90min to get a tow. 90min came and gone and I received an automated message stating it will be an additional 45 min. That came and went. I received another auto call for an additional 45 min. that came and went. Received an additional auto call for an additional 30min. The tow came at 5:50pm. 2:38 to 5:50. You can do the math. I contacted State Farm to request PB Finest to be removed from their approved service providers. From now on I'll call me own towing service and have my insurer compensate me for the tow. Dont ues this service provider. They souldnt accept job tickets if they cant efficiently service the job order. I waited a few days to cool off before posting this. PALM BEACH WORST! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! AAA ordered them for me 2 days in a row; the 1st day, they tried to put my hybrid car on the back hitch and have half of the car on the ground, but hybrids must be towed with a flat bed truck (AAA specified this to them, and they did send a flat bed truck... but it already had another car on the flatbed part! So technically, they sent the right truck, but having another car on it defeated the purpose). I told the driver, who spoke little English, to let me call Toyota to confirm how/if I could have my car hitched to the back, but the driver just got in thre truck and left without a word to me. The 2nd day AAA ordered a tow for me, ETA was a hour, the hour time came and went, so called AAA to inquire.. they canceled 10 minutes before the ETA! So now with pouring rain, Friday afternoon traffic and the new tow truck company's ETA at 2 hours, and my mechanic closing at 5pm, I was forced to cancel the 2nd tow truck.
