There are many many other tanning institutions that give a much more natural look. I don't know what product they are using, but it's not good. After the spray tan my hands looked terrible-completely orange. My front legs were much darker than the rear. Some areas were much lighter than others. Overall, I would never recommend this place for the bad product. The service was good. However, when I came back to complain, and I clearly looked like an Oompa Loompa, the employee acted like I was insane, and that I looked fine, even when clearly my palms and feet were black! Now I live in the northeast and was just passing through Asheville. Being from the northeast and the spray tans up there, there's no comparison. Hope this helps those looking to get a natural spray tan, and to avoid this place at all costs!

In the end my previous set was not salvageable and had to be removed (too much glue etc). Heidi was so fun to chat with which made the time fly by, but she's also a total pro who has skills! She took her time and gave me a gorgeous volume set that I love. They are absolutely perfect. Other notes- after getting the full set Gaze gives you an adorable tote with lash cleanser and a brush- very nice touch. Heidi also gave me a blanket to keep me toasty- I really should have fallen asleep but ended up yakking away the whole time ‍ next time I vow to make her job easier by keeping my face still. I asked if they had anything similar to Sun Tan City's instant beds, and the staff snapped at me, telling me that they didn't offer anything like what I described. Referencing a higher end tanning bed from a reputable, nationwide salon was not the obscure reference they made it out to be. I did not feel welcome here and left feeling embarrassed. Yesterday I had a wonderful pedicure by Maddy. She was sweet and did a great job. However, the way the pedicure stations are setup is atrocious!!! The chair is swivel with a round base. Then the round pedicure bowl is on top of a huge platform. The round base of the chair doesn't allow the chair to come close to the platform. The nail tech on the other side has to reach forward in an awkward position to reach to give a pedicure. Here I am practically laying down in the chair (even with 2 pillows) and it was so uncomfortable that it was impossible to enjoy my pedicure.
