I'm from Nashville, but had gone up to Auburn for the weekend. On my way back home, I stopped in for a quick tan since my tanning salon is going to be closed by the time I get back to Nashville. Alexis was SO sweet/helpful and had 10/10 customer service!! (Someone give that woman a raise ) The facility was super clean as well and immediately when I walked in, it smelt AMAZING (like fall ). Maybe, a misunderstanding charged for 4 months after "freezing" account. Really 5, I did a "courtesy tan" 1 time, when I went into unfreeze members I was really embarrassed. Ive been tanning at PB for over a decade. You're standing up front pleading a case, lines growing, u need to relax and tan. It's really difficult contact corporate unless employee calls. I usually do not answer calls idk. I did speak with bham district manager. she was very rude. She said I had already received refunds, I have my bank statements. Nothing but - from PBT. Area manager was also very rude. I asked her what was the best way to reach corporat. She said they would call me. That was 10/31/24. Still no word from corp. I did receive a charge for November. Because When I was asked by the area manager "would I be continuing tan at PBT", then corrected herself with "planing to tan at PBT in November?" I said yes, I hope so. Stated facts, went in PBT in mid June to freeze at inverness. I purchased a tingle for the summer, scarllet maybe a UV lotion, it's still Roz's melanin production. You can feel it.. There just seems to be some question around the fact that I purchased the lotion when I froze. But I also had a discount for a lotion. The girl at 280 Location, I like she didn't have time to do a freeze they were super busy.. I don't even think I received a copy of it this time. I don't remember getting one. But I've also been busy. I have a senior and a new kindergarten this year. I have to come on yelp and say this to Hope the corporate call me please. read more

I have always had a great experience here. I have been coming here for several years. The staff has been friendly and shared their expertise. I have never received poor advice. I gave them 3 stars because I have had bad service in the past and the employees have been rude to my friends, but I do like it very much other than that. The beds are good and very clean. I wish I could plug my ipod in or bring a CD but they have music playing and it is never loud enough or on a radio station that plays commercials between the bad music. I have been to every tanning bed up and down 280 and this is the best as far as cleanliness and prices. Prob bc its corp and not local. It's not just this location but every PBT I go to is the same; they push their employees to sell lotion. I get that, but making those who are paying for the service to tan wait, is bad business. PBT has great beds and maintains them well. I am a Diamond member which means I pay close to 100 bucks a month to tan. Waiting to get in a bed while they sell a bottle of lotion is unacceptable. As I stated, this isn't directed at just this location. It is company wide. I stay with them because of the great beds and since I travel, I have one membership to use wherever I am. read more

The employees were awesome, so helpful, knowledgeable,and sweet! I got a great spray tan for free because I had the coupon from this website, but when I got there I chose the mystic tanning machine and there were a couple add-ins to choose from. The worker offered me scents for my tan, a moisturizer(I think haha, she called it tan insurance), and an instant bronzer. This added up to 16$ I think. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back for more tans in the future! read more

My wife had 3 debit card numbers stolen and fraudulently used from this location. I tried to talk to a manager about it but she tried to play dumb and act like the $500 in charges that I was referring to were the monthly membership fees. Don't go there unless you want someone to use your card in Pensacola of Montgomery, that's where the used ours. read more

Great experience when using the tanning beds. Clean and the beds are effective. Awful personnel. Slow to check people in. Rude to guests. Example: ignoring others while trying to sell lotion or other products. THEN they kept charging my credit card 2 months after I canceled my contract. Amber the "manager" told me I had to talk to her DM. However, she said that she did not know that person's name, number or email. I can't believe that this entire corporation is represented by this particular salon. Unfortunate. read more
