They do require a $15 deposit to book an appointment which can be used toward the service you receive or you can keep rolling it forward as your deposit for future appointments.

He also did the wrong cat eye color and had to grind it off in order to fix that. I was charged $75, $14 of which was for repairs that were not conducted. I normally pay $60 for a fill WITH design at my normal salon. I will NOT be back. I only went here today because my normal nail tech does not availability until next week and my nails were looking crazy. Also, the salon was in various states of disrepair. The furniture is cracked and looks super run down. I would not recommend coming here unless you like being overcharged.

The male technician who did my pedicure was excellent. He was professional, thorough, and did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints about the service he provided. Unfortunately, the condition of the salon during this visit made it difficult to relax. I saw roaches crawling on the seating area, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. There was also a spider in the salon that several employees were loudly talking about and trying to kill, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere while clients were trying to enjoy their services. The biggest issue for me was watching a scrub product spill onto the workstation. Instead of discarding it, one of the technicians scooped it up with his bare hand and put it back into the bottle. Seeing a product that is used on clients' skin handled that way was very concerning and made me question the salon's sanitation practices. This experience was surprising because it wasn't like this during my previous visits. I hope this was just an off day and that management takes these concerns seriously. The technicians are talented, but cleanliness and proper sanitation are just as important as good customer service. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll return, which is unfortunate because I've had good experiences here in the past.

I felt like I was visiting a good friend and it was just my first time there. I am a huge introvert and suffer from some social anxiety so it speaks volumes. I have never felt so comfortable at a salon before. It is also family-owned and run which I really love. Karen had me laughing the entire visit. She was very delicate in removing my acrylic nails; I didn't feel any pain during the removal process despite the fact that they were quite anchored on there. Techs at other salons have used drills on me before and they did hurt, but Karen has a very precise and gentle hand and my nails didn't look or feel damaged at all. Karen then took her time shaping my nails and making my cuticles beautiful. I'm usually very cheap and do my nails myself to save money, but this experience was so amazing I'll have to go back soon.
