My original appointment was scheduled for April 16, but when I arrived the receptionist could not find my reservation. My best friend, who booked it for me, eventually helped them locate it, but by then my appointment time had already passed. I was told it would be rescheduled for April 22 at 12 PM. When I returned on April 22, another receptionist, Precious, told me there was no appointment in the system again. I was then told my original holding fee had already been used, but I could receive a refund after speaking with management if I placed another holding fee for a new appointment on April 23 at 2:30 PM. After finally attending the April 23 appointment, I asked about the refund I had been promised and was then told by another employee that I could not be refunded even though all of these issues were caused by staff errors, not me. I came for a massage to relax during the final weeks of pregnancy and instead left feeling frustrated and more stressed. The lack of organization, poor communication, and conflicting information from staff was extremely disappointing. A spa should be peaceful and professional, but this experience was the complete opposite.

We went back and forth on an appointment date and time that worked for both of us. We worked out a time and I was pleased because I only had to wait a few days. When I arrived, they were very nice, offered me bottled water, and had me sit for my pedicure right away. Maria began my manicure by removing the polish that was only on my big toe on each foot. She used the nail drill. The procedure was uncomfortable because the drill burned a bit as it went through the polish. Aside from that, the pedicure appeared fine. She then did the manicure. The manicure looked ok, but there were some bubbles in the polish when it dried. It was a rush job because there was another customer waiting. She left me sitting at the dryer while she went to wirk on the next customer. Miss Donna removed the bubble with her fingers and painted the finger again. By the time I got home, (I live 7 minutes from the shop) the polish was smudged on some of my fingers and toes. I called Donna and she had me come back in so that it could be done over. The polish was removed from the fingers and toes that were smudged and then they were done again. The looked okay when I left. Over the next few days, the polish on my fingers started to lift near the cuticles and at the top of the nails and started getting caught in hair, clothes, etc and the polish peeled off. I have never had this happen as long as I have been getting my nails done. Because this Salon offers many services, massage, facials, etc, I might try something else, but I will not go back for a mani/pedi
