Two girls at the front desk. one said absolutely nothing maybe she was in training. Talk to the other, let her know that I have never been here before, that I received this $10 try anything out offer. All she did was look at me and said, ok. I said, it's been awhile since I've tanned so not sure what to try. She said well you can try whatever. I said, ok, well I'm not sure what you have to offer, what do you suggest? She said I'll just put you in bed 13 or 14. Ok, I said. I told her I had my Goggles, but needed to purchase a packet of lotion, cause I this point not knowing anything about this place and not getting any help I quickly decided to not purchase a package or lotion only the packet. If I did like my session I'd probably go to another location that could actually help me with my questions. So Juliette per the receipt said your total is $29.35. I then asked, thats with the $10 offer, she said yep. So the packet of lotion that is a one and done is $19.35. Understanding tax etc, but how Did my $10 offer turn into $29.35. just looked at me and said how long do you wanna tan for. I said let's try 8mins, ok you're in 13. Again, never been here before, not sure where bed 13 is, how to turn it on anything. I really should've just walked out but, I didn't. Anyways, tanned was walking out both girls sitting down talking g to each other, I said thank you. They both stopped talking looked at me and said nothing. Are all Palm Beach teams like this? Definitely not going back to buy a package like I was planning. Very disappointing, super close to my house. On the hunt for another Tanning salon.

Honestly, it's the first time I heard of sugaring but apparently it is a better as it's more natural or gentle on the skin. After a few strips of the sugar+citric acid+water paste, it was rather painful for me so the aesthetician recommended we switch to waxing as it was my first time. And I couldn't agree more! Thank you Andrea for being so considerate! I can attest that the waxing was so much better for me, and tolerable. I availed of the $7 new client monthly membership because I honestly think it's a good deal vs other competitors! The biggest draw for me was that I can cancel and pause/freeze my membership at any time on the app without incurring any fees!! Also, there are no long term contracts!! Isn't that exciting? Once registered, clients have lifetime membership status and can reactivate the membership at any future date. Basically, your membership pays for your next service in advance as you get the credit for that service. I'm so glad they are next to Happy Lemon and Target because I frequent this area a lot-- making the location super convenient for me. Plus, parking is plenty too! The vibe is cute with all the drawings...it looks very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. You can check-in as soon as you get there via the iPads and one of the ladies will come get you once they are ready. I think it was just nasty to put a review like that on here. We are also small business owners and while social media can be a good thing, when used in a vindictive manner it isn't I don't believe for one minute she meant to be helpful in any way. I also love double dipping (they call it cocktail tanning, where you can tan in a sunbed and then get a sunless/spray tan). I leave the salon looking so bronzed and feeling great! And I like how their membership pricing structure is straightforward. I've been using their level 1 & 2 beds, but at my last visit I splurged on a level 5 bed, and it was fantastic. It had a flat tanning surface inside, and it was so spacious! Their equipment is top-notch and kept in impeccable condition, which I appreciate. So the day finally arrived and I was nervous as heck, I sometimes give myself like anxious nerves, but I wasn't going to back down because gosh darn it I just want to be done with shaving lol. Anyways my nurse Lauren was AWESOME, she had such a great energy and was so patient with me; making me feel calm and ready to go. She did a test at a lower level which is recommended for your first time, and continuously checked in with me to make sure I was good, and would have me take deep breaths in areas she knew would be a bit more "spicy" honestly I couldn't have asked for a better nurse! And guys I know it was just my first session but I am telling you I can't believe I was freaking out about this. It was nothing, like a tiny prick. I'm sure down the road when I get closer to being done with appointments (it usually takes anywhere from 6-12 sessions) it might have a bit more discomfort but you work your way up to that and honestly the results are worth it. I am honestly just mad at myself that I didn't start this process sooner!! If you do Brazilian waxes you can do this easy! Also they do a cool promo for your first time getting a discount. It was such an easy process I ended up adding arm pits too because why the heck not!!! And for the next time they offer like bundle deals too. Oh and don't forget to take advantage of the laughing gas! I didn't this time and was fine, though I probably will as we progress but so cool they offer that for people that just need to take the edge off!
