I was shook to hear what i heard when i went to the tanning salon last week. I usually try to go in once a week and i am met by my favorite front desk attendant i believe her name is Tristan. She is the main reason that i drive all the way to upland to go to this select location is because of her customer service she is always ready to hop in and gives amazing recommendations that help my tans turn out spectacular. When i heard what two of the desk attendants were saying about her i was shook and disgusted that it would even happen and it was absolutely rude. I have not seen tristan back at all so i am assuming she quit. With this behavior i will not be returning back to this location and will take my money and membership somewhere else because that was absolutely unprofessional of them and I have some personal decency that i will not repeat the words said but i hope this reaches the right part of management because if i was apart of management i will want to look real nice and hard at my staff cause not only was it rude to talk about someone like that It is really hurting on their brand and if i heard what i did that one time . It is most likely not the first time that It would have been said. Completely unprofessional and I hope that those ladies get a serious talking to because not only are they employees but they are representing the face of their company and i would 100/100 times say that I would be embarrassed to even been seen in that store again knowing how they talk about eachother. I could not un recommend this store any harder my other experiences with Tristan were amazing so If she is at the fontana location or any other location I would gratefully like to know because whenever I walked in and she was on shift everything was put together looking nice and clean towels folded and my bed was always clean. She has amazing customer service and an amazing work attitude and if you ask me the other two can learn a great deal from her! I only put a 1 star but in my opinion i wish i could put zero never coming again maybe i'll consider the fontana location but even that's a stretch if one location talks like that what is to say the other one is not talking the same way when they don't know someone was in the bathroom. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with those two young ladies .The manager needs a serious talking to about respect because she has little to none for her staff! read more

I've been tanning at Palm Beach Tan for decades and I've only had positive experiences there. The facilities are always clean, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Destiny the manager is a total ray of sunshine. Great personality. She works hard and really goes out of her way to accommodate her customers. Just go there once and you'll see. You'll never want to go anywhere else lol. Great place!.. Best tanning beds with the latest technology. Some very high tech bronzing features, and they also offer spray tan. This is the 2nd Saturday in a row where the Colonies Upland Palm Beach salon has been closed before 5pm. This is ridiculous. If hours have changed they should be provided to members in advance so that we, with memberships can plan accordingly. Please advise what is going on? I expect to use my membership at my leisure, consistently according to advertised hours, as they expect me to collect and pay my monthly membership fees!! This palm beach tan is top notch! I'd be lying if I said I like going because of their awesome tanning beds, but it's the staff that keeps me coming back! Destiny the manager is so sweet and kind. Very disappointed. I was turned down to tan the amount I wanted because they don't have my history. So she'd only give me half time. I don't live in the area so I wouldn't have history. What a way to turn down business. Definitely won't be back read more

Reading other negative reviews is disappointing because I've witnessed difficult customers and was impressed how they handled these jerks.
