They care for my mature grapefruit and full-grown pine tree, with fungicide, and both receive yearly deep root vitamins. They always show up on time and give me a courtesy call before arriving. They've earned my trust, so now they come and provide my tree services, and I don't feel the need to be home when they come. To me, this says everything about their professionalism and integrity. I also now prepay for services without hesitation because they've earned that level of trust. What truly sets them apart is their proactive approach to tree health. They have me scheduled to be called early each Spring to set up services through October, and I pay monthly for what was done that month. Their monthly sunscreen applications for my mature grapefruit tree have quite literally saved its life, especially the summer of 2023, when temperatures reached 120 degrees, hot enough that I heard from others how they lost some of their trees and bushes that year. Mine remained healthy and continues to thrive under their care. I have to speak up and say that if there is a poor review on here, remember: there are always two sides to every story. There's something more to the story the poster is not saying because this company works and communicates with you exceptionally well. Their communication goes over and above any other company I've dealt with. I just wish the healthcare system treated ME as well as this company treats my trees. I did the math, and it is significantly cheaper to pay for a service to keep your trees alive than the cost of having a company come in and chop them down. That can be up to thousands of dollars for mature trees, plus you have a barren spot and no shade there afterwards. In this Phoenix climate, sun protection is prudent for both man and animals and may no longer be optional. Now it's becoming essential for plants and trees, and Valley Tree Care is clearly ahead of the curve in offering sun spray services. If you want dependable service and long-term value, they are an excellent choice.

Moved into a new home with many large trees, 3 leaning towards house. I called Andy's on a Monday to take a look at the trees and to let me know what was needed now and in the future. I received a call back the same day and Andy scheduled to come by the next day. After discussing what was needed with Andy, we decided to remove 3 very large trees (50') from the landlocked back yard and to heavily prune all the others to lift them up and get back to a safe, healthy environment. I was told he could get a crew out the next morning at 7a, and they would be able to complete the work that day. I was very surprised that I could call someone on Monday, have a plan within 24 hours and 1 day after that having the job completed! 72 hours from first call to job completion!! 7 am Wednesday the team arrived and within 30 minutes they were working. A good sized crew where each knew their role and were very polite. Andy had prepared the team so well with the plan that they did not have any questions. Fort the trees that we were removing, Andy's team protected my windows and stone tile so that nothing would be damaged. Within 2 hours the 3 large trees were gone with stumps ground down and the mess cleaned up. By noon, the entire project was complete and the yards were cleaner than before Andy's Tree Service arrived that morning!! There was no upselling, Andy was super friendly and patient with my questions as I am new to Scottsdale, and they asked for no monies until the project was completed satisfactorily. I could not ask for better service, care, and respect for the area in which they were working.
