Horrible place. I should have known when I walked in because the place is not well kept but I thought I'd give them a chance. I watched while they put things away and I'm not sure they sanitize the tools. When I asked for a dip manicure, they sat me at a bowl of acetone and did not put anything under the bowl to warm it. This makes it absolutely freezing. Made it feel like my hands were sitting in ice. When I asked them about it they were very dismissive and told me that was the way it is. I ended up walking out and going to another salon. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I took my mom and grandmother to this nail salon. This is my grandmother's first time getting a pedicure. All the women were so joyful and nice. They loved seeing three generations spending time together. Queen, the owner, and the other two women were all delightful. So thankful to have this new memory with my family here. The best pedicure from a nail salon in Charleston! They really take the time to cut/ file youre nails down to the smallest detail. The scrub/massage during the pedicure is significantly longer and better than any other place I have tried. They are great and have a wide selection of colors for dip, gel and regular polish. I get nervous when people cut my nails and the technician notices it and used the cuticle cutter and was extra careful. Very positive experience. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.... I waited 2 weeks to write this review to see if I felt differently, but I do not. It was the most INSULTING experience I have ever had hands down. 1st- my daughter wanted an acrylic fill while I wanted SNS. We got ONE tech- between the 2 of us. The tech was the only man- manager or owner- no idea but regardless- he shouldn't be working in this industry. I was very specific that I wanted NuGenesis Crystal Clear. To shorten this up, after 3 times stressing this- he got a huge attitude, slammed powered on the table (16 oz ) getting it on my daughter- telling me he has to "make it". You don't make this!!!!! It's sold to you ready for use. I have the 2oz jars of it at home! So I'm still soaking off my nails and he finishes my daughters. Then he just leaves. I'm sitting in acetone and foil- he goes to the next customer. I had to ask twice for a cotton ball and acetone to remove the rest myself. Of course I was told her acrylic Fil was $16 but they charged $17. Needless to say- no tip. read more

I had the best experience with Tiffany yesterday evening. Not only did they stay open for me, but they took their time and were all so incredibly kind. I got a mani and pedi they both turned out great. They do a lavender scrub and use lavender lotion. It smells fantastic and made me feel extra special. I can't rave enough about this place. I got a fill-in less than a week ago. Within that time, 3 nails have broke. Tried to go back to get them repaired, the first time I paid and they tried to make me pay for the remaining two when I went back. Then the man who shakes a lot said there's no warranty. Do NOT go here! My fingers are still sore two days later & my nail beds are ruined. Came late, was told to check it out that they had grand opening special; I was tired & the massage chairs are nice so I relaxed with headphones on to get pedicure & nails done at same time so I could get home at a decent hour. I have used a non-UV product on my nails for about a year called SNS-(a drill never touches ur nails; actually makes ur nails healthy, it just soaks off). I asked if they had SNS (knowing they wouldn't-she replied-know we do gel) after soaking /having a decent massage w/mid-grade products used for pedi I open my eyes to same lady at my feet and the other lady working on nails actually who replied, your nails are very healthy. I responded-that is why I use SNS & don't really care for gel; just thought I would try your store. She tells me how much better there "gel overlay" is & I just closed my eyes & relaxed again. Still thinking she is going to put gel polish on my nails...... I come-to due to a rapid zip-zip of all of my nail beds w/the dremel!!! When I jerked my hand back she said, "u got hold still!" "I don't use a drill-" "You got finish now; I started/you like, it last you long time." My nail beds had marks all over them!! I let her go to see what the product was as I had to do something since she just took 1/2 the surface of my nails away....it is freaking the same process as old-school acrylic, only when I got upset she corrected herself & says "oh no this -this gel powder...we put gel polish on top make shiny for u-u like...." I have cuts all around my cuticles from the file & drill, my fingers are still sore.... No discount worth the weeks it will take to recover/grow out. read more

Very relaxing, clean salon with friendly employees. I have been here twice and both times have been very satisfying. I get a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure from Tiffany and Selina and they both do a wonderful job in a timely manner!
