NOT quality. When I finally got my car, which took absolutely too long 2.5 wks for minor damage (see picture, a damaged piece under) ---the engine dashboard was pinging at me and the engine light was on. Took to 2 different mechanics, they said bodyshop had made a connection error when reassembled. Took back to Carla, she had it all day, had told me an hour. She was mad when I called many hours later saying I needed my car and what was wrong. Said just wait? Absolutely unprofessional. At the end of the day, they had not fixed it. I took it to the dealership, they found the piece bodyshop had broken. Cost 450 to get it fixed. Surely bodyshop coulda done it much more easy. Carla: no answer. Absolutely unprofessional Carla. My vehicle was involved in a collision, in which AAA wanted to Total Loss the car since they estimated the damage at over $7500.00 on a car valued at $4600.00. The only damage was the r/rear fender and rear bumper cover. To total my car would effect the later resale value dramatically and would effect what type of insurance coverage I could carry. An insurance company would likely not allow full coverage. However, I felt that the AAA estimator grossly overestimated the damage because if it were Totaled, they could pay me for the damage at the value of the car ($4600.00- $750 Salvage Amount). They would then sell my car at auction and recoup their money. I went to PS Quality Collision and spoke to the owner, Carla. She was awesome and estimated the actual damage at $3,600.00, well below the AAA Total Loss threshold. I had 2 jobs done by this business. Quality of work was ok. Nice paint job but overspray on rest of vehicle. Finish work left a little bit to be desired. When I texted Carla about unfinished work, I received no response. here is my biggest issue with them- they give a low estimate to get you in there and then the final bill is much more. my final thought- If you want to give them a try, chances are you can get a decent job for a reasonable price IF you get a estimate in writing. Just be ready for her to try and charge you more before the job is complete. Also, nothing was done on the day it was originally promised. I don't like giving bad reviews. They were able to get the window up temporarily and worked to get the needed piece for the next morning. I hate to have to drop my rating. I'm not going to drop my rating all the way down to 1 star. But there was some serious miscommunication or over promising that needs to be mentioned. I didn't want to brag about that I was offered to have the clips replaced free in my previous review. But I was promised this and even offered to pay something to at least cover labor (which I later saw in the office is not cheap). But I was told it was going to be free. When I came back to get my car, it was over a hundred bucks (not exactly free). The shop had outsourced the work and I didn't want to stiff them just because someone over promised on someone else's services. The agreement was for me to pay 50%. I thought that was fair and paid the amount. Future forward you guys need to be cautious about quotes and throwing in stuff. I would probably have paid the full price if I were quoted that. But when a customer is told free (I was still going to tip) and then re-quoted over a hundred bucks that is not good. So I would give these guys 3.5 stars to be fair. Might not come back now. Kind of a shame since I was so happy with the quality of work. read more

Cars been getting worked on for ever 50 days insurances paid sand damage fix. Been chasing my own tail with these guys. Can't tell you how many times they told me to come pick up my car and I get there by Uber and it's not ready so I gotta Uber home did this on 2 Separate occasions when I was told the car would be ready in the morning. Long story short got my car back missing Palm angels shirt / coach button up shirt worth probbly 600$ that was left on the trunk and is now missing. I won't even bother bring this up to them cause nothing will be done. So waste of my breath. Also My cars badges were put on crooked af along with other things like my gas tank floor not being able to lock back into place to keep it closed (A lot to type) My doors Auto Unlock stopped working once I got the car back from quality auto so I took it to Lexus where I paid 300 out my pocket for them to fix it. I didn't even bothered them telling them this cause there's been too many problems already. I drive a 2016 Lexus is350 fsport with 25,000 miles. The woman who handles customers is very nice. But that won't cut it for me. Too much of my personal time wasted going back & fourth with car problems. Didn't screw on my back fender either saying it's after market but they pointed it for me anyways but tapped it back on very shitty and told me to bring it back if it worsens ? Like why not fix it so I don't have to bring it back. Too much headache with this. Update They still have to install my headlights. I've brought the car in 2 more times not counting the 3rd time I came today to pick up my headlights I'd pay out of pocket for someone else to install it(says a lot of it's already paid for to quality auto) and after the lady told me to bring it on on that day and I show up and she tells me the part isn't there. So I go in today just wanting to get the parts my insurance paid for already. She refuses to give them to me saying she has to install it. All I've gotten is an apology for my time. I suggest 1-10 collision . I like to give benifit of the doubt but I've been yanked around with this for to long.
