Initially, I had a good experience here. They were friendly, and I appreciated the quick turnaround. But ultimately, I'm still unsatisfied with the overall service. They fixed a minor scratch on my bumper that I never requested to be repaired. In doing so, they scratched my backup camera -- which I never had an issue with until after their work. I immediately brought it to the owner's attention and told him I would've rather kept the scratch on my bumper than have a damaged backup camera. He brushed it off and said his sister would call me to get it taken care of. Months later, I still haven't received a single follow-up, despite reaching out multiple times. This pattern is familiar -- similar delays and lack of communication happened when I had to reschedule my car for the tint and mirror correction as well. What's most disappointing is that the damage to my camera wasn't acknowledged or fixed, even though it was clearly caused by their shop. The placement of the scratch makes it obvious it didn't happen from regular use or backing up. They knew it happened on their end and did nothing to make it right. I wouldn't return for future repairs, and unfortunately, I can't recommend this shop based on how things were handled. If you care about your vehicle being respected and issues being owned and addressed, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. read more

So the initial interaction was good but it was probably because they were gaining a client. They had my car for two days for a grill repair i came to pick up my vehicle and I inspected it had I not inspected it? I don't think they would've told me that they didn't replace the pieces that needed to be replaced. I pointed out that the reason why I came was because the grill was cracked and needed to be replaced. I pointed out, but it was still cracked and the guy proceeded to say oh when you're in the area, you can bring it back to fix it mind you they had my car for two days and never communicated that they didn't have the part would take longer to receive the part, I live about 20 minutes away so yes, it's an inconvenience to come back when I'm never in that area I'm super disappointed because I was referred to a different location and decided to give this company a chance MORAL OF THE STORY SERVICE they took zero accountability didn't even care and said that when the part comes in, they would come to me to put it on. INSPECT Your CAR AFTER TO MAKE SURE THE WORK IS ACTUALLY DONE !! For the price that was paid definitely expected quality work. read more

Jr told me a realistic timeline for how long it would take and he was right on the money. I chose the expensive option for lifetime warranty against Sun Fade and I'm glad I did. I had a car guy tell me recently about how good the paint job truly is, and I re looked at it and realized how much we can overlook. Dropped our 2013 BMW 6 series off 2 1/2 days ago with Edgar and Jose. I had talked with Edgar a week ago about painting and repairing the stone chips that had ruined the finish on the front grill. Picked it up today and the finish and color match is perfect (alpine white). Looks brand new now, even though the entire lower bumper was full of stone divots and hits against too tall tire bumpers during the last 9 years.
