Great Value for palm trees. Visited a few other tree and nursery stores. Decided on getting two acacia palm trees. Pricing was pretty similar no matter what shop until I went to Palm Trees Direct. Not a lot of salespeople- just 1. He showed us acacia trees at different heights. Prices were incredibly low comptroller other shops but they only have oak and related trees and shrubs. They obviously sell by volume. Two weeks later (yesterday) they deliver led and planted the trees as promised. My advice. Go to a few tree shops and nurseries. Figure out exactly what you want. Then go to Palm Trees Direct and buy your trees. : ) read more

A bunch of jokers. Salesmen get paid on Commission and they are very pushy. They want you spending thousands not hundreds of dollars. Once you buy, they forget about you and won't give you help. Glenn was awful. He just kept bragging how he was the top 3 palm salesperson in the Country and how he only sold to the "heavy hitters". Blah Blah Blah. Worse then a used care salesman. I suppose trying to make a living on the commission from trees can be difficult, but that shouldn't be our problem. Get a 2nd job or go back to school. When I made a reduction to my order it took 6 months to get my refund. The only reason I did get a refund was because I forced it by making another small order and only paying what I owed. Otherwise I probably never would have saw my money. Also when you buy, they offer you a $25 credit if you give them a good review. Kind of slimy. They have a good selection but so does Sunscape and they don't treat you like a Wh@re. read more

We had a great experience and used them for a large landscape project at our last home. We recently moved to a new home, called our old contact and she unfortunately left. They sent Chris who wasted about an hour of my time, told me he would send an estimate within a few days and that was about 6 months ago. Have now gotten Palm Trees for both my former house and my new one. Healthy trees, great price, very professional and knowledgeable. Walked in and was immediately asked if I needed help. Helped me with suggestions on which trees to get. Installation went well, really nice workers doing the install, and they gave me detailed instructions on how to care for the tree. Do not under any circumstance, use this group of jerks. They are all a bunch of used car salesmen who are worse than car salesmen, because they are evasive and rude. Our palm died within two weeks, and guess what, not a call back. This is a broken record with this company. Just read the other reviews. They were all so rude and one after I said have great holiday he just stared back at me like satan. Bill and the guys did and awesome job on my back yard. The pool area is so welcoming and guests are just in awe in the difference the landscaping has made to our outdoor living area. While the plants are great, what made my project work is the design. I would say that just getting the landscaping done is fine but a great design is where you see the real difference and Palm Trees Direct did an outstanding job. Outstanding experience! During the COVID-19 self distancing, we went to Palm Trees Direct, tagged our 9 trees, gave them a rough drawing of where we wanted them planted. What a great experience! Palm Trees Direct did a fantastic job on my landscaping. I purchased my first round of trees with them two years ago and they just came back out for my second round. I had some trees damaged in the freeze and had to rearrange some other trees. Glenn was so patient with me and meticulously helped me rearrange my backyard. Every time I went in or called he was so patient and very honest about what would look good and what wouldn't. The installers were so professional and really listened to what I wanted! We recently had our back yard re-landscaped by Palm Trees Direct. The job entailed removing all the old bushes/plants/grass, designing a new backyard, prepping the yard for new plants and supplying/planting new foliage. Bill worked hand-in-hand with us to create our vision. His team was professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up after themselves. All of the plants were healthy and disease free. I am a new home owner and I was referred to palm trees direct by a friend therefore I expected to be treated fairly. The design and layout associate Dana was very responsive and knowledgeable. I appreciated her professionalizism and patientence as I tried to choose plant life that would estestically compliment our home while also being somewhat maintenance free. I agreed to the price quoted and was on sight when the work was completed. My mistake was thinking that the company would be fair on their labor and time quote. My assumption was they knew as professionals how much time it would take to complete the work. When I realized it took their employees less than 4 hours to complete the work and factoring in travel/ load time of plants and materials I felt completely taken advantage of. I ended up paying lawn associates approximately 50 dollars per hour! When I called to discuss with the owner that I felt they over estimated the time it would take to complete the work the response was you agreed to the price therefore you are responsible end of discussion, so if you feel paying someone 50 dollars an hour to add plants to your yards is acceptable this is the company for you. They had to come back two times to complete work that was not completed despite my conversations with their associates during the installation process. I was so glad I took off work just to make sure they didn't do what they promised to do on the bid. Very dissatisfied. Find another company. Save yourself the hassle. read more
