The cheaper ones were $15. For 1 pair of socks. Yikes. Had I known it was the same as the trampoline park socks, I would've worn those that I had at home . I got checked in pretty quick . I was told that they validate garage parking . I wish I had known this before searching for parking but again, this was a ClassPass issue that should've been in the fine print .. not so much on Body Rok. The class had about 10 girls in it. Very fast paced & I was a beginner. I kept up as much as I could but I felt like the instructor moved too fast for me.

I'm impressed with the wide variety of people in the classes; all body types, genders, and ages. I haven't exercised in years due to an autoimmune disease, but I find this workout is very easy on my joints and avoids injury. Pilates truly IS for every body. After 3 months of classes, I noticed a huge change in my strength, agility, and physique. At 50 years old, I have the strongest core of my life. The front office staff is also very accommodating and welcoming. I can't recommend this studio enough!
