Everyone in the store was solicitous, respectful, and extremely kind to my Mom. They bent over backwards to assist her. Professional licensed plumber, Chris, showed up promptly on delivery and installation day with the new dishwasher. It was very difficult to remove the old dishwasher, but he did it--AND put the new dishwasher in place--with skill, professionalism, positivity, and patience. His demeanor was very pleasant and kind.
