    New Garbage Disposal installed.

    This is my second time using this gentle giant to repair something in my home! The first time was to repair a leak that could not be found by another company. He found the leak & repaired it which was caused by a garbage disposal being installed incorrectly. On today he installed a brand new garbage disposal!!! He was thorough and efficient with pricing for labor being moderate. This company is highly recommended to assist you with your appliance repairs. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

    Please avoid this place at all costs. The owner, Christy Savoie, is an unethical, crooked business…read moreowner who has a bad reputation for being rude, abusive, and even discriminatory towards customers(especially those who are POC, disabled, LGBTQ, etc.). Same thing with her employees, and her service techs are highly unqualified. She has at least four pages of complaints from customers/potential customers who were burned by her and her business on Yelp alone. What shows for the fact of who and what she is is her rude, confrontational, retaliatory, and unhinged replies to those customers who were mistreated/ripped off by her. That screams volumes for the fact that she is a vindictive, unhinged, crooked, sociopathic narcissist with psychoses. If you don't stroke her ego, and God forbid stand up to her when she is in the wrong, she will bully, threaten, menace, intimidate, and even break the law to terrorize you. That includes recording telephone conversations, which is very illegal to do(she even repeatedly admits this in her replies), committing slander and libel towards any of her customers/victims, including posting their names, phone numbers, addresses, etc., online in an attempt to continue to terrorize them. She feels entitled and self-important in doing the abuse that she does, and part of her bullying tactic is letting her victims know that she "knows" and is friends with cops, judges, and others in high standing, and will consult with them(or so she claims) as part of her terror tactics. She is not well-liked, and has a lot of enemies, including in Green Valley where she resides. No one likes her there or has anything good to say about her, trust me; she brags that she has a lot of pull in Green Valley as she in on the Green Valley town council(big deal, really). She made it a point to terrorize and bully me when I stood up to her as well, because how dare I stand up to her. She is a menace to society, to anyone who wants to do good business, and has no business running a business that she is running into the ground. Again, please avoid Arrow Appliances, Christy Savoie as well. Your money is better spent at more ethical businesses where they are not abusive, crooked, and their techs actually know how to properly fix appliances.

We were told our dryer needed the motor repaired, then they changed the problem and said it was a different part. So now we have been waiting for an update, and we have not received a call or a text. So I called plenty of times and they said they would get back to us after speaking with the secretary or whatever she is. They never called back, so after a few calls they texted if they can call me later? It's been 2 weeks and nothing, honestly save your money. And go somewhere else this is not the buisness to go to. They told us they would fix it, but they just left everything in pieces. If you want parts to go missing from your appliances go here. They even showed up to my house causing a scene and asking for money. I was late to a doctors appointment which was located over an hour away in a different city due to their unprofessionalism. I told them that I was on my way to a doctors appointment and they ignored me and kept asking for money. The guy that came out to my home then called the manager and took up more time. The payment plan was for me to pay the next day and they arrived to my home one day prior to my scheduled payment date. I literally had to say, have a nice day and walk away to end the conversation. They would not leave my home. The next day, which was when my payment was scheduled, I made the payment online. I paid the full amount that my account said that I needed to pay. And then I called in later to have an item returned because I did not need it anymore and then this is when they told me that I am still behind and they are going to have to take all of my items. I asked if they received my payment, they said yes, but it was not the full amount that was due so they will have to take all of the items. I told them I paid the full amount that my account said was due. They said sometimes the website does not show the accurate amount due. I said I should not be faulted for that. That is not my fault and I wanted a refund for my last payment, they said no.

    I ordered a new GE Profile over-the-range microwave oven to replace the one I had which failed…read moreafter 7 years of hard labor. I also ordered delivery, installation, and removal of the old unit. The delivery was on time and they removed the old unit. Those were the only tasks done right. The installation team (coincidentally the same two guys as the delivery team) tried to install the new unit using the existing brackets from the old unit instead of using the brackets (and templates) that came with the new unit. They fiddled around and drilled 5 or 6 holes in semi-random locations (because who uses templates when you are a crack expert installation team???) and finally drove the mounting screws cock-eyed into the unit so that it is hanging about 1.5 inches below the bottom of the cabinet. Lastly they just ignored the exhaust vent piping leaving the transition adapter completely disconnected from the microwave (by, coincidentally, that same 1.5 inches). I said: "what are you going to do about this big gap? They said: "That's just the way it is with those brackets, but if you don't like it you can call this number within 48 ours to return the unit". I said: "I don't like it and you need to fix it." They cheerfully pointed out: "If you don't like it you can call this number within 48 ours to return the unit." They then proceeded to take the shipping box, that still contained all the necessary but unused parts, and scooted out the door, noting: "If you don't like it you can call this number within 48 ours to return the unit." They left behind a cloud of wood chips, cardboard scraps, Styrofoam bits, and plastic sheeting on the counters, floor, and stove. Oh, and they left behind a card that said "you can call this number within 48 ours to return the unit". So I called that number (around 5 minutes after delivery since I didn't really need to wait 48 hours) and told Home Depot they need to come and do the installation properly (with a different crew), repairing my cabinet, and they probably need to bring a new unit because all of the necessary installation parts departed with the previous cheerful delivery/installation crew. Update: 12/13: I replied to the HD form in the comment. Update: 12/13: Repair crew arrived and looked at the install and said they would order a new unit and get it installed properly. They also stated they generally don't look at the unit instructions during install because "they are experts", and stated they don't use the templates because they "measure"... without referencing the installation instructions.
