The two girls working behind the counter were very friendly and highly professional. I usually carry cash when I patronize small businesses, so I hope the business was grateful for that. Anyway, my business there seemed longer than expected because I had finger issues. However, the young lady did not give up on me. She kept trying, and I appreciated that. Regarding value, they were the cheapest or most affordable in my area for what I needed to get done. I will give this business a 10 out of 10 for every aspect of customer service, which explains my 5-star rating on Yelp. I will always do business there

So please beware if you have to come to this area. Nevertheless, I made my way in and there was a woman (an employee) talking on the phone. She was so busy yapping on the phone and never got off. I showed her my package and she told me that they do not accept QR codes. She was beyond rude .I went on to ask her and if I could print out the label and return with it. She kept saying no and could barely let me finish my sentence. When I finally explained if I could print out the label and return with it she did say yes. However , she was extremely rude and lacked customer service whatsoever. Moving forward, I will never patronize this business again.
