Both times I have been so pleased with the service I received! Rick and Donna have been so helpful throughout both experiences. In addition to knowing their business, Rick and Donna truly care about their customers and want to do a good job in order to help people. A great recipe for success if you ask me. When my old car was damaged in the accident, I decided to take it to Midway based on the recommendation of my co-workers who had work done there before on their cars. They were able to take my car immediately, and they helped to make a confusing process so much easier by working directly with the appraiser and my insurance agent to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I was actually out of state for work after I dropped my car off, and they made sure that the process went as quickly as possible and updated me as new developments arose. They were patient with my questions and made me feel like I had someone looking out for my best interests. Flash forward to about a year later and I noticed a small rust spot starting on my new car. I first took it to the dealership and then decided to go to Midway for their opinion. I decided to stop by, and they were able to fix it right then and there for me. You can barely notice the spot now and it's fixed before heading in to the winter. I will absolutely return to Midway for any other car issues in the future!

The time to fix the front end damage and get everything repainted was quick. I was washing my truck one day when I was in college and noticed a little bubble on the fender flare and didn't think anything of it. Now being in 2025 the paint on my fender flare has a big spot where the paint has peeled. The flare was not prepped properly and most likely not primed before it got paint. If my insurance company wasn't gonna pay to have the fender flare prepped, I should have gotten a call and I woulda paid cash to have it done properly. If you want a quality job, I'd go to another auto body shop in the area. I brought my truck here cause I wanted a quality fix and paint job done, if I wanted the job hacked, I would have done the job myself.

Once I dropped my vehicle, it was ready in 2 days and was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up, and she took care of the rental return. No one likes to deal with the aftermath of a collision, but Breno's made it far less painful by taking care of everything and my car looks great! Highly recommend them.

Summary: Great local shop. Personable and honest people…read more More: Some how anything automotive makes me worry about not getting a good deal. Steve the owner and his sons took care of a very large ding in the front fender of my nearly new car. I had asked Steve to give me an estimate on fixing the ding. The full estimate to take care of the ding and repaint was around 400 dollars. I asked if there was a cheaper option, and steve told me that he could push it out for around 50 dollars, though there wasn't a guarantee that the paint would not crack while he did that. The fix would only be about 85%, it would be a bit noticeable, but much better than it was before. The worst case was that the smaller fix wouldn't work, or I wouldn't be totally happy and we'd move on to the pulling the fender and repainting it scenario. The next week I arranged to stop by their shop and they fixed the problem while I waited. They were able to push the dent out, without having to repaint. There are two surface scratches left, but it looks great. I'd call the fix closer to 95%. Now I'm sure that I'm very lucky that the original ding didn't break the paint, and that Steve was able to put things relatively back to perfect again without requiring the fender to be pained. Just saying this so people don't expect miracles!! Steve and his sons are really nice. Sometimes you luck out meeting good people and get a solution that works by talking the situation through.
