When we first switched to them, the indoor spray worked, but then I believe that the technicians got lazy because even though I was on maternity leave, I never saw them inside, and we started having pest problems. We called more than once about the issue inside and outside. and were told that we could pay for them to come back. Multiple times we expressed our frustration, but were never escalated to someone to help until we cancelled. We were supposed to hear back from the manager after we canceled future service about having them come back to our house to do a call back since we were still under the supposed three month warranty, and had just paid $200 for absolutely no results, and they never called back. He was diligent, respectful and hardworking. He had to dig trenches before applying termite treatment. It was very laborious. He was very thorough and careful. He took care of some issues which concerned us and listened carefully to us while he completed his work. We have found all of the technicians from Noosa over the years very competent and Alex did not disappoint. It has been a pleasure working with Noosa over the past 5 years and we will no doubt continue to enjoy that relationship over the next few years. When we've had concerns, they responded accordingly. We once had what appeared to be wings around the house. They came, took a sample and had it tested. It turned out to be organic matter dropped from a nearby tree. We were surprised that they did this and didn't charge for it. They service our crawlspace and Alex took readings to assure us that our dehumidifier was fully operational. Sadly, at that point it was "baby bat season" and we had to wait about five weeks. On the second day it was legal Cory was out, sealed up the other places and installed the one-way door. Early the next morning we stood in the yard and watched the bats try to get back in the attic. THEY DIDN'T. Cory is awesome to work with. He explained what was going on, steps we needed to take, and then delivered.
